Arc 57The Road to Aishier

Ronglin exposed Doflamingo’s crimes and chose Dressrosa’s safety over revenge before setting sail with his crew. A blood letter led them toward Aishier Kingdom, where they found a poor land surrounded by dangerous, chemically altered beasts.

  • Ronglin defeated Bonney and confronted Doflamingo, whose crimes were exposed when Sugar’s defeat restored the people he had turned into toys.
  • Ronglin fought Doflamingo but spared him to protect Dressrosa, and Aokiji took the Donquixote Family into Marine custody.

Ronglin and his companions traveled to Ashil Kingdom, where they uncovered Agula Ashil’s scheme to gather powerful pirates and control the capital. After Ronglin stormed the palace and confronted Agula, a Beast Tide approached the capital and their battle continued amid destructive attacks.

  • Ronglin and his companions investigated the villages near the Primordial Forest, while Jinbe fought off infiltrators who tried to sink their ship.
  • Ronglin defeated Hawkins after demanding that he join the alliance, then chose to reform him rather than kill him.
  • Ronglin and Caesar drove off Erid’s bounty hunters, but a mysterious cloaked man intervened and fought Ronglin before escaping a devastating attack.
  • In Ashil Capital, Ronglin and Crocodile identified the mysterious man as Agula Ashil and suspected he was behind the Blood Letter Conspiracy and the disappearance of the stonemasons.

Arc 59Ashil and the Road to Whole Cake

Ronglin defeated Agula, ended the chaos in Ashil, and took the kingdom under his protection before setting sail with Jinbe, Caesar, and Jazz. He rejected the Revolutionary Army’s offer of an alliance and headed for Whole Cake Island to negotiate with Charlotte Linlin, where he clashed with Charlotte Cracker.

  • Agula used his Spirit-Spirit Fruit and black rain to turn Ashil’s people against one another, but Ronglin broke through his trap and killed him as Jinbe helped defeat his allies.
  • With Agula dead, the black rain’s effects ended, and Caesar led survivors in rescuing the wounded while Ronglin explained the Pirate Alliance’s plans involving human limit enhancement.
