Ronglin fought off the Marines, took the injured Momousagi away, and clashed with Luffy’s group when Hancock endangered civilians. After the Alliance’s military troubles and Momousagi’s return to the Marines, Ronglin learned of a vampire on the island as Count Red attacked Luffy, Zoro, and Momousagi.

• Ronglin battled Fujitora, Momousagi, and Green Bull, then carried the badly injured Momousagi away when Fujitora’s power field collapsed.
• Ronglin treated Momousagi on a nearby island, and she explained that the World Government had sent the Five Elders against the Star Alliance.
• Ronglin and Momousagi encountered Luffy’s group, where Hancock’s attacks petrified civilians and Ronglin defeated her after Zoro and Luffy challenged him.
• Ronglin blamed Momousagi for the civilian deaths and let her return to the Marines, while the Star Alliance dealt with damage to its fleets and calls for retaliation.
• Ronglin heard reports of people drained of blood and detected Luffy and Momousagi heading toward the island’s mountain, where a pale man lurked in a cave.

Ronglin defeated Count Red, then returned to the Star Alliance and brought Crocodile into its orbit as the alliance built its strength. When six lords rallied support for war against the BIGMOM Pirates, Ronglin chose to suppress the petition, leaving the alliance engulfed in anger and unrest.

• Ronglin defeated Count Red and burned his remains to ashes, then left Luffy and Zoro after offering Zoro a place in the Star Alliance.
• Momousagi returned to Marine Headquarters and learned that the World Government had concealed Ronglin’s role in Count Red’s death, while Ronglin ordered Jinbe to investigate unrest within the alliance.
• Sabo warned Ronglin that the Navy might be preparing a major operation and that Momousagi appeared to be in love with him.
• Ronglin encountered Crocodile in Kaido’s territory and learned that he had helped divert the Beasts Pirates while a traitor stole a rubbing of Kaido’s Poneglyph.
• Crocodile proposed that they join forces to find the Road Poneglyphs, but Ronglin declined and invited him to visit the Star Alliance as an advisor.
• Ronglin arranged a public welcome for Crocodile, and the Three Great Fleets returned to Ashil Kingdom as the alliance focused on developing its forces.
• Six lords rallied thirty-six islands to demand war against the BIGMOM Pirates, but Ronglin rejected their petition and ordered the fleets to patrol and suppress dissent.

The Star Alliance tried to protect Kerris Island from the Pirate Alliance and a World Government trap, but Bony-Sen ordered the island destroyed with its civilians still there. Ronglin retaliated against the fleet responsible, then realized the Five Elders and Admirals were moving to intercept Ace, Shanks, and Buggy’s alliance as it searched for Laugh Tale.

• Ronglin recognized the Pirate Alliance’s attack on Kersley Island as bait for a larger trap and sent Anrield’s Third Fleet to protect the civilians while he sailed toward the battlefield.
• Anrield’s fleet battled the Pirate Alliance at Central City as Fujitora condemned the Marines’ inaction and Bony-Sen prepared to sink Kerris Island.
• Ronglin pursued the retreating Navy, but Bony-Sen ordered his forces to bombard Kerris Island before the Star Alliance’s Fourth Fleet could arrive.
• The World Government fleet sank Kerris Island with its defenders and civilians, and Ronglin arrived to find the island gone.
• Ronglin and his crew attacked the fleet responsible, destroying its ships and Pacifistas until an officer revealed that CP0’s Commander-in-Chief had ordered the bombardment.
• After defeating the fleet, Ronglin noticed Ace, Shanks, and Buggy’s alliance moving through the New World and suspected the Five Elders and Admirals were trying to intercept its search for Laugh Tale.

Ronglin strengthened the Star Alliance, defeated Edward Weevil, and drew Fujitora and Momousagi into opposing further attacks on civilians. As preparations for the Ten Thousand Nations Alliance Summit continued, Ronglin recruited powerful sea creatures and arrived at Fish-Man Island to welcome the kingdom into the Star Alliance.

• Ronglin regrouped the Star Alliance, retook rebellious islands, and restored public support with a broadcast speech.
• Ronglin’s forces defeated Edward Weevil, and Ronglin stopped Weevil from striking Miss Bakin before Shiryu killed him.
• Ronglin told Fujitora and Momousagi about Kaido’s pursuit of a Road Poneglyph, and they promised to help oppose attacks on civilians.
• Ronglin announced the Ten Thousand Nations Alliance Summit, drew nations and pirates toward the Star Alliance, and faced growing opposition from powerful forces.
