Ronglin defeated Charlotte Linlin and the Star Alliance broke the BIGMOM Pirates, while Germa 66 joined Ronglin and the Ashil Kingdom began recovering. After the victory, Ronglin met Marine Admiral Candidates Fujitora and Momousagi at Shallow Bay alongside Princess Shirahoshi and the Mermaid Clan.

• Ronglin absorbed Charlotte Linlin’s flames, wounded her in battle, and summoned Susanoo as the Star Alliance fought the BIGMOM Pirates across the Star River.
• Smoky and Burgess battled while Shiryu and Jinbe helped the Star Alliance trap the BIGMOM Pirates, and Ronglin continued overpowering Charlotte Linlin.
• Charlotte Linlin used Soul Devour to kill her own pirates, while Ronglin’s attacks destroyed Zeus and Prometheus and left her defeated.
• The BIGMOM Pirates split between surrendering and resisting, while Smoky and Shiryu collapsed from their wounds and Sanji urged Judge’s family to leave Charlotte Linlin.
• Judge defected with Germa 66, and Ronglin killed Charlotte Linlin with a final attack before the Star Alliance destroyed the trapped forces and recovered her drowned body.
• Ronglin rejected Germa’s request to join the Star Alliance but accepted Judge’s pledge of loyalty, while the alliance rebuilt the Ashil Kingdom and paid the casualties’ families.
• Ronglin learned that Fujitora and Momousagi were in the Ashil Kingdom and arranged to meet them, while Jazz reported the Navy and CP0 had withdrawn.
• Ronglin welcomed Princess Shirahoshi and the Mermaid Clan at Shallow Bay, where Fujitora and Momousagi joined them and Fujitora praised Ronglin’s efforts to ease tensions between mermaids and humans.

Ronglin welcomed Fujitora and Momousagi into the Star Alliance, then brought the surviving BIGMOM Pirates into its fold. Jazz and Crocodile drew Kaido and Blackbeard into conflict over the stolen Poneglyph while Ronglin prepared to move on to other matters.

• Fujitora and Momousagi defected from the Marines and joined the Star Alliance, and Ronglin assigned Fujitora to accompany Hawkins in securing Whole Cake Island.
• Hawkins and Fujitora persuaded Katakuri, Cracker, and Smoky to surrender, and Ronglin accepted their terms and ordered them to help bring the remaining BIGMOM Pirates into the Alliance.
• Morgans reported the defections and surrenders, while the World Government debated how to respond and Blackbeard’s forces raided Kaido’s main base and stole a Poneglyph.
• Crocodile gave Blackbeard the Poneglyph and left with the Eight Treasures Navy, while Blackbeard ate the Tremor-Tremor Fruit and pursued them.
• Jazz and Momousagi helped the Eight Treasures Navy withstand Blackbeard’s attacks, and Jazz steered the retreat toward Kaido’s fleet.
• Kaido attacked Blackbeard’s Pirates as Jazz led the Eight Treasures Navy away, leaving the two Emperors to fight.
• Ronglin learned that Jazz had turned Kaido’s anger toward Blackbeard, ordered the Star Alliance to withdraw, and summoned Jinbe as Jinbe prepared the Fish-Man race’s move to the surface.

Ronglin strengthened the Star Alliance by confronting Elbaf’s warriors, arranging its new base on Fish-Man Island, and bringing former BIGMOM territory under its system. He then faced Navy pursuers and tried to recruit Law, who refused in favor of becoming Pirate King.

• Ronglin proposed moving the Star Alliance headquarters to Fish-Man Island, and Jinbe agreed in principle after seeking King Neptune’s approval.
• Ronglin left Jazz in charge of the Star Alliance, then led an expedition to Whole Cake Island as Blackbeard attacked Kaido and the Alliance took over BIGMOM territory.
• Ronglin confronted Mechi and the Giant race warriors, defeated Mechi, and secured a friendship pact while promising to search for Lola.
• Ronglin sent the Charlotte Family to help rebuild Dressrosa, put Hawkins in charge of a second military base, and learned that Fish-Man Island had agreed to host the Alliance headquarters.
• Bony-Sen and Vice Admiral Chaton prepared to attack Ronglin with Dynamite Rock, while Ronglin spent time with Shiryu and Smoky and encountered Law.
• Ronglin invited Law to join the Star Alliance and declared that it would overthrow the World Government, then subdued Law and the Heart Pirates when Law attacked.
• Ronglin asked Law to help change the world, but Law insisted he would become Pirate King, so Ronglin threatened to kill him if he opposed the world he planned to build.

Ronglin saved an island from Bony-Sen’s Dynamite Rock attacks, defeated Bony-Sen and Chaton, and brought them aboard the Starry as captives. As the Star Alliance prepared for the World Government’s response, Kaido blocked Ronglin’s return and attacked his ship.

• Ronglin recruited Law into the Star Alliance, then used Haki and Kamui to stop repeated Dynamite Rock blasts from killing the islanders.
• Ronglin pretended to be badly injured and used the Heart Pirates’ medicine purchases to lure Bony-Sen and Chaton into attacking him at the island lord’s residence.
• Shiryu, Smoky, and Law fought Chaton and the attacking Marines and CP0 agents while Ronglin drew Bony-Sen and Chaton away to protect the islanders.
• Ronglin defeated Chaton and Bony-Sen, captured them, and returned to the ruined residence, where Shiryu and Smoky had taken more than four hundred attackers prisoner.
• Ronglin ordered Law to travel secretly to Zou and meet Crocodile, then sailed for the Ashil Kingdom with Bony-Sen and Chaton aboard the Starry.
• The Star Alliance prepared for possible retaliation after Ronglin reported capturing a Celestial Dragon, while Burgess reported that the Blackbeard Pirates blocked his fleet.
• Kaido’s fleet intercepted the Starry, and Ronglin declared that he would rule the world and eradicate piracy before flying out to confront Kaido.
