Sanders froze for a moment, unable to understand what Frost meant.

Frost offered no further explanation. He merely glanced at Angel, who was still lost in his own thoughts, then raised a hand toward the sky.

Under Sanders's puzzled gaze, Frost tapped the air with his fingertip.

Several glowing motes spilled from his fingertip.

Surprise flashed through Sanders's eyes. These tiny glowing motes appeared unremarkable, and he could not even sense the slightest trace of energy from them. Yet Sanders could clearly see the stable, intricate energy structures within those glowing particles... perfect, mesmerizing, steeped in an aura of mystery.

This was an entirely different kind of energy from Sanders's own. Though it still bore traces of the wizarding system, it had already surpassed the boundaries of Sanders's understanding.

This was the difference in their levels.

This was Frost's strength. Sanders could no longer even hope to glimpse his back.

Other than shock, all he felt was deep emotion.

At the same time, Sanders was curious about the purpose of the glowing motes Frost had released.

Frost seemed to see the confusion in Sanders's eyes. His elegant, courteous voice drifted from behind his mask. "Weren't you wondering about the law-creation phenomenon? You'll see it soon enough."

As soon as he finished speaking, the glowing motes began to rise slowly, as though an updraft were carrying them swiftly toward the heights of the sky.

At Frost's prompting, Sanders's gaze followed the glowing motes closely.

On the Sky Ghost Ship beyond the Dome, everyone was still discussing Angel's strength and the changes in the law-creation phenomenon. Only Isabella noticed those few glowing motes.

At first, she had only paid them some attention because she had noticed that Frost had released them. But as the glowing motes rose, Isabella's heart skipped a beat.
