Sanders had mentioned plans for a new city before. Now that Sanders had gained the "Energy-Level Restriction" authority, once the Dream Wilderness opened, there would inevitably need to be a new city to accommodate those who entered.
So Angel had also been paying close attention to the planning of the new city lately.
Hearing Frod's question, Angel immediately nodded.
Five minutes later, in an upstairs office within the Sin Demon Laboratory, Frod handed Angel a stack of manuscripts.
"These designs were mostly made by people who specialize in urban planning. I've already looked through them, and they're all quite good." Frod paused. "But the finest design among them wasn't made by any of those people."
Frod deliberately left him hanging and did not say who had designed it.
Angel curiously took the designs and flipped through them one by one. Starting from the first page, he could not help but marvel. It had to be said that people who professionally planned cities produced things far more beautiful than his own casual patchwork.
Though the buildings in these designs were not drawn as expertly as by professional artists, the planning of their details and data was enough to let one envision the grandeur they would possess once built.
In every design, Angel could picture an enormous city descending across the heavens. Some were filled with the solemn intricacy of religious styles, some carried the majestic aura of primitive tribes, while others embraced the flamboyant, gorgeous elegance of classical art.
Though each had its own features and was highly suitable for construction, Angel still felt that something was missing.
The new city he intended to build was meant for transcendents.
The cities in these designs were undoubtedly classics, yet they lacked that first-glance jolt of impact.
