At first, they thought Onassis was preparing to counterattack. Yet he did not. He looked more as though he were conversing with Su Yatutai.
Su Yatutai furrowed his brow as well and began speaking with him.
At first, it seemed like an argument, but Su Yatutai soon fell silent. He appeared to have thought of some question and sank into contemplation.
The sudden stillness in the arena left both Angel and Gloria rather puzzled. The surrounding spectators, however, seemed accustomed to it.
