By normal logic, it was probably a human or humanoid. But creatures of the Nightmare Realm clearly did not follow normal logic. Back then, Frog Lamenter and Fox Fiddler had both been alien beings capable of walking upright and dressing themselves neatly. Thus, before seeing the true face of that creature in leather shoes, it was difficult to determine his identity.
"Did you gain anything from interpreting those emotions just now?" Sanders asked Angel.
Angel said, "Most of them were extremely vague and incomplete emotions. There was no meaning in interpreting them. However, amid all those useless emotions, there was one coherent thread of emotion that was very peculiar."
Angel relayed the information he had sensed.
"Minister, descent, repair." Sanders murmured the words under his breath and fell into brief contemplation.
"Taken literally, it seems that a minister has descended from the Nightmare Realm." Angel frowned deeply. "I don't know whether the minister himself descended, or merely an envoy. If it is the former, I have a bad feeling about it."
Sanders's expression also turned grave. "Nightmare Realm creatures have a strong sense of hierarchy. If official ranks are included, combined with my previous conjecture, a minister's strength is likely absolutely not low. There is even a high possibility that they are above Legendary."
Although Angel had also guessed that ministers would be very powerful, he had not expected Sanders to speculate that they were above Legendary. Yet Angel was somewhat puzzled. If they had truly reached the Legendary tier, would the world's will allow them to enter the Wizarding World so easily?
Sanders quickly answered Angel's doubts.
"If nothing unexpected has happened, there should already be a half-passage within the ruins. The appearance of a half-passage means that the interior has become a half-plane.
