Angel and Sanders left the Ruins Star Pool.

On the way back, Sanders saw that Angel's brow had remained furrowed. "Still thinking about the ruins?"

Angel nodded. "I still feel that something is off. Why did the image of a door suddenly emerge in my mind just now?"

"Perhaps it was merely a sudden intuition," Sanders said.

Angel did not reply and remained silent for a long while. Only when they were about to reach the ruins where Angel was staying did he speak. "I don't think it was merely a sudden intuition. I recalled how I felt at the time. There was a mental sensation, as though my spiritual intuition had aligned with some kind of consciousness. After hearing Angel's description, Sanders's gaze darkened slightly. He seemed to have thought of something and murmured softly, "...A mental sensation of aligning with some kind of consciousness?"

Angel nodded. "That was indeed how it felt. It sounds as though I was being swept along by some consciousness, but at the time, I didn't feel that way. Instead, it all felt perfectly natural."

Sanders pondered for a moment. Rather than offering an assessment, he asked, "Then what do you think? Do you believe there really is a map behind the ruins gate beneath the Star Pool?"

Angel said, "At least in that moment, I firmly believed it."

Sanders said, "If there truly is a map, then in your subconscious, there must be some degree of connection between the ruins where you are temporarily staying and the ruins guarded by Lord Rhein."

Angel nodded. That was indeed the case. If maps appeared behind the gates of both ruins, it would be hard to say there was no connection
