Compared to Angel's lofty fantasy, which had only an idealized skeleton and no flesh of reality, it better suited the circumstances of the Tidal Realm and aligned more closely with Savage Cave's interests.
It could be said that, in just a few days, Rhein had seized nearly all the initiative and authority to speak. With Witch's Confession assisting him, he had also won the trust of some of the elemental monarchs.
