He did glean quite a bit of intelligence about other domains. For instance, the Greenwald Arcane Research Institute in the Source World had developed a new high-level spell encompassing the field of water magic. It had been tested many times in the Eternal Realm, flooding several cities.
For another, a witch bearing the title of Fate from the Prophet's Temple had voluntarily entered the City of Reincarnation.
And then there was Ms. Moon and Mr. Sun of Crow Castle, who had advanced to Legend one after the other, causing the skies over the Western Continent to display the sun and moon shining together for a full hour. There were even rumors that this phenomenon had drawn the attention of some great existence from the Source World.
There was much more intelligence of a similar kind: a God of Breaking Realms running rampant through the void in the Square-and-Round Plane, the suspected sound of miracles drifting from the farthest reaches of the void...
The intelligence was scattered and piecemeal. Much of it sounded astonishing from the words alone, but to Angel, it was all too distant and too vague to be of any use for now.
However, among these secret letters, Angel noticed that No. 03 was particularly concerned about two matters.
First was the movements of the Joy Witch in the Northern Territory Wizarding World. Nearly every letter sent by the Flash Spirit Caravan contained intelligence about the Joy Witch, mostly concerning her movements and whereabouts. From the deliberately evasive descriptions, Angel guessed that No. 03 might have some tangled affair of love and hate with the Joy Witch.
Second was the Efa branch of the Western Continent Wizarding World. Every letter from the Flash Spirit Caravan also mentioned Efa Wizards without
