"The Oath of the Month of Blood Mist."
At first glance, the title of this article seemed rather legendary, making Angel think its core would be some major event steeped in bloodshed, revenge, bonds, and promises.
But that was not the case.
The Month of Blood Mist was, broadly speaking, a fixed term referring to a certain month. Like the Southern Region's Month of Revival, Month of Slumber, and Month of Blossoms, it was another name for a month.
And "The Oath of the Month of Blood Mist" referred to the superficial friendship entangled between two witches during that month.
The entire article occupied only two pages in "Poem of the Fallen," but if brought to a Tea Party, it could keep the witches excitedly talking for three days and three nights.
Worth mentioning was that Angel had never heard of either the Month of Blood Mist in the story or its two female protagonists, Witch Xiula and Witch Grelly.
Yet from the overall atmosphere glimpsed through the descriptions, he could determine that its setting was a vast world inhabited by wizards.
Therefore, Angel guessed that this "Poem of the Fallen" might be a magazine from one of the other three Wizarding Worlds beyond the Southern Region.
Of course, it might also have come from the Source World.
No matter where exactly it came from, these magazines from outside the Southern Region—even gossip magazines geared toward women—made Angel's eyes light up. Through their details, he could catch a glimpse of landscapes beyond his own domain.
So, this counted as a kind of gain for Angel—a gain in knowledge and experience.
Besides "Poem of the Fallen," there was also a series of magazines such as "Port Gazette," "Pink Rainbow," and "Beach Shadows," all of which Angel was certain did not originate
