After all, this was a new Dream Wilderness. Angel's control over its authority was not as meticulous as before.
As a result, although Angel had placed both himself and Laplace near the coordinates of the Bottled Molt, the three of them were actually somewhat offset from one another.
Fortunately, the deviation was not great, all within two hundred meters.
Before long, Angel led Laplace to the Molt.
Just as Laplace approached it, the Molt seemed to sense the presence of its "master" and slowly rose from the Crystal Plains.
Through its transparent glass body, the whale-shaped Molt within the bottle could clearly be seen emitting a faint glow.
This phenomenon even made Angel pause in surprise. The first thing he had done upon arriving was search for the Molt. Only after finding it and confirming that it was unharmed had Angel gone to find Laplace.
Yet when Angel had encountered the Molt then, it had shown no reaction whatsoever, like an ordinary dead object.
Now, however, when Laplace encountered the Molt, such a phenomenon had appeared.
It could only be said that it truly was something from Laplace herself. Even though Laplace had entered as nothing more than a consciousness entity, the Molt had recognized her immediately.
Looking at the glowing, floating Molt, Angel asked softly, "Can you activate it?"
Laplace glanced at Angel and nodded. "I can."
With that, Laplace gently extended a hand and murmured several indistinct syllables. As the syllables fell, the glass bottle in the distance suddenly burst into countless fragments.
The Molt within the bottle, meanwhile, emitted a dazzling silver radiance.
Then, before Angel's astonished gaze, the Molt scattered into ten thousand points of silver starlight. Those specks of silver light turned into silver ribbons that wrapped around Laplace...
