Although Rabbit Girl argued her case with reason, one bland glance from Laplace made her raise the white flag.
Of course, Angel had imagined that whole scene. He did not know their actual conversation and could only guess from Rabbit Girl's expression.
In any case, Rabbit Girl ended up pouting as she reluctantly walked to one side.
Having "persuaded" Rabbit Girl, Laplace turned to Angel. "Shall we go?"
Angel did not hesitate either. He nodded. "Let's go."
He did not know where Laplace intended to take him, but he had not sensed any malice from her. Besides, if Laplace truly wanted to deal with him, Angel would find it difficult to resist. There was no need for her to specially ask his opinion.
Laplace turned around and headed out first. When she reached Rabbit Girl's side, she gave a soft snort. Though Rabbit Girl dragged her feet, her face full of reluctance, she finally lowered her head helplessly and took the initiative to lead the way.
They did not leave Reflection Space through its main entrance. Instead, Laplace directly tore open a crack, revealing a passage like a glass corridor. Walking through that glass corridor, Angel could clearly see everything around Reflection Space. Looking down, he could even see Big One-Eye sitting alone outside, waiting.
Yet Big One-Eye had not noticed the glass corridor at all, as though they occupied two separate, misaligned spaces.
Perhaps noticing Angel looking toward Big Treasure, Laplace said softly, "This is my Mirror Corridor. You can think of it as the Planar Corridor of the main world. While traveling through here, outsiders cannot see us."
"So Lady Laplace can enter Reflection Space directly through the Mirror Corridor. Then this thing is actually not very useful?" As Angel spoke, he used illusion to create an earring.
