Just as Angel was racking his brains without finding an answer, a faint, ghostly voice suddenly came through the mirror.
"Truly terrifying..."
Angel looked up at the mirror. Other than the red glow still radiating from it, there was nothing unusual about it, as though that voice had merely been an auditory hallucination.
"Laplace?" Angel asked softly.
"It's me."
Angel said, "You're behind the mirror?"
Laplace said, "I didn't enter the mirror. I'm near this special space you opened up."
"Special space?" Angel froze for a moment, not quite understanding what Laplace meant.
Laplace said, "You sound very confused..."
Angel said, "I am indeed confused right now... Perhaps I need your help."
After a while, using Laplace's position as a guide, Angel used a patch of reflective mineral material as a mirror surface and returned to the Mirror Realm.
At the edge of the Mirror Realm, within the pitch-black void, Angel stared in some surprise at the red heart in the distance, which gave off a faint mysterious aura.
The heart looked exactly like the anomaly outside. It was merely far smaller, about the size of an ordinary human heart.
Its size was exceedingly inconspicuous, yet within this dark Mirror Realm, it appeared so dazzling and eye-catching.
Like a heart carved from ruby, it emitted a hazy red glow and a seductive aura.
"Th-this is the mirror I refined?" Angel murmured under his breath.
Laplace said, "More precisely, it is a special space produced after the mirror you refined extended into the Mirror Realm."
At this point, Laplace paused. "While certain special mirrors do indeed produce Reflection Spaces, they are only ordinary Reflection Spaces... This is the first time even I have seen such a special space."
Laplace could not determine what lay within the heart's space, but the
