Dox glanced at Angel and saw the same confusion in his eyes, so he said, "But then again, asking Angel would not solve this problem, would it? Or do you think Augustine would descend again because of Adanis?"
Although Angel carried the anchor Augustine had left behind, according to Augustine himself, Angel could only be sensed by Augustine upon entering the Noah Clan Lands where remnants of his energy remained.
But they were clearly no longer in the Noah Clan Lands. How could they possibly summon Augustine?
Black Earl did not answer, but Angel spoke up at this moment. "The person my lord truly wishes to find is not me, but Olao."
In Angel's view, the only ones currently capable of resolving the situation before them were Olao and Laplace.
Black Earl did not know that Angel could contact Laplace, so from Black Earl's perspective, Olao was the only person he could think of.
In truth, Olao was indeed the best solution. After all, he had been with Adanis for ten thousand years. He understood her circumstances better than anyone.
Black Earl nodded. "Yes, I did wish to see Olao through you."
Angel pondered for a moment. "Olao is inside the Mirror Coffer. There has been no movement from him, so I do not know whether he has awakened. But I can check for my lord."
Angel did not refuse to help. Or rather, he was not helping solely for Black Earl's sake, but for Olao's as well.
Although Olao had chosen to follow Angel, Angel knew perfectly well that Olao currently regarded him as a collaborator, not a
