"Cat—Cat Brother is a good person!" Little Red's eyes shone as she grew so excited that she could barely speak clearly.
She spread her arms and eagerly hugged the nearest white cat-shaped cushion, burying her face in its fluffy fur and rubbing back and forth, as if using it to express the joy in her heart.
Little Red remained happily absorbed in herself for quite a while. Only two minutes later did she slowly recover from her excitement.
Little Red rose to her feet somewhat bashfully. "Thank you, Cat Brother."
Angel smiled gently and said it was nothing.
Little Red secretly glanced at Angel. Only after confirming that he was not laughing at her did she emerge from among the cushions in relief. "I'll go prepare some delicious food now, and Dog Brother's fine wine too."
Though Little Red had climbed out of the cushions, she still held a miniature fox cushion in her arms. The fondness she felt for it was obvious in her eyes and brows.
Hugging the little fox, Little Red skipped over to the adjoining room and brought out quite a few of the "delicacies" she had mentioned—colorful ring-shaped lollipops.
Dozens of lollipops of varying sizes were placed across the soft cloud-shaped tabletop, like a rainbow with neither beginning nor end.
Little Red even picked out three lollipops that she considered the tastiest and handed them to Angel and the others.
Angel had wanted to refuse, but seeing the sparkling anticipation in Little Red's eyes, he accepted them in the end.
Perhaps because Angel had taken the lollipop, Luigi and Laplace, after hesitating briefly, accepted theirs as well.
Little Red's eyes curved into happy crescents.
According to what the books said, this was probably... the joy of sharing?
Little Red then busied herself preparing fine wine
