Hearing Parrot's words, Laplace and Angel exchanged a glance.
They had previously anticipated that Parrot might ask them on the spot to fulfill the contract.
And now, it had really happened.
But they could understand. After all, Parrot was currently being hunted by the Rice God, who also had Little Red's help. If he did not leave the Mirror Realm quickly, he would be hard-pressed to escape even with wings.
Laplace thought for a moment. Rather than immediately answer Parrot, she looked at Ning Tai's avatar across from her. "Give Parrot a Ning Tai Mirror."
Ning Tai's avatar yawned and nodded noncommittally.
She lightly extended a finger and drew a circle in the air. A palm-sized mirror appeared in her hand.
This was clearly the Ning Tai Mirror Laplace had mentioned.
Though Parrot did not know what a Ning Tai Mirror was, he assumed it was connected to whether he could leave the Mirror Realm. Thus, the moment it appeared, he stared at it eagerly, his face full of longing.
Ning Tai's avatar glanced at Parrot. "It is not that I refuse to give it to you. Right now, you are merely a few glimmers of consciousness. Even if I gave it to you, you could not catch it."
After a pause, Ning Tai's avatar continued, "If you want the Ning Tai Mirror, you must first return to your body."
As she spoke, Ning Tai's avatar walked toward the curtain. Behind it was the small compartment where Parrot was being held.
Parrot glanced at Laplace. Seeing her nod as well, he followed Ning Tai out.
When Parrot returned to the compartment, he discovered that the glass sphere containing his body had fallen to the floor.
The blood net that had previously supported the glass sphere was slowly shrinking, seemingly changing
