"Should we open it?"

Angel looked at the envelope in his hand. There was no writing on it at all. If there really was any information, it should be inside.

He was merely hesitating over whether to open it now.

Worrying about danger was secondary. More than that, he doubted whether this formally presented letter was really addressed to him.

While Angel hesitated, Laplace spoke. "Can you let me take a look at the envelope?"

Angel froze.

Laplace explained, "I just feel that the black part on it looks somewhat familiar."

Familiar? Angel lowered his head and looked at the black "dye mark" on the front of the envelope. From his perspective, he could not see anything strange about it.

Could the shape of the "dye mark" be what looked familiar to Laplace? Angel examined it carefully, yet still found no clues. He could only secretly speculate that the irregularly edged black "dye mark" might be a section of some map.

Though he did not understand why, Angel still handed the envelope to Laplace.

After taking it, Laplace scrutinized it carefully, especially the pale specks scattered across the black "dye mark."

Those pale specks looked like streaks left behind by uneven dyeing.

Several minutes later, Laplace's brow remained tightly furrowed, as though she had found nothing amiss.

After lowering her eyes in thought for a moment, Laplace said, "Wait for me a moment. I'm logging off for a few minutes."

"What is it?" Angel asked doubtfully.

Laplace did not beat around the bush. "There seem to be traces of a starry sky on it. I'll ask Gleipnir about it."

With that, Laplace returned the envelope to Angel. Her figure slowly faded away, clearly having logged off.

Angel lowered his head and studied that patch of black "dye mark."
