Laplace told Angel that another batch of faculty and staff would arrive every half hour to hour. Three more batches were currently planned, with each maintaining a number of roughly one thousand people.

"If needed, this team can continue to expand." Laplace's tone was as flat as ever. At the end, she asked, "Do you need additional batches?"

Angel did not answer immediately. After pondering for a moment, he asked, "What is the functional composition of each batch?"

Laplace turned to look at the current team's composition. "The current makeup is roughly the same as the previous batch. Teachers and logistics personnel account for about ninety-nine percent. Their numbers are nearly equal, each making up half. The remaining tiny minority consists of people sent by the various races for inspection. They do not need to be granted permissions; simply settle them as ordinary residents."

Hearing this, Angel quickly calculated in his mind.
