Meanwhile, worlds outside Sea Star that were ruled by the World Government were handled by Biba Amatori's CP8 for assassination-related tasks.
Laskey's earlier trip to the Zero Magic World had merely been a special assignment.
In truth, escort missions like this were not their responsibility either.
Normally, the Navy would handle them entirely.

They differed from Louise, Tabitha, and the others from the Zero Magic World.
They did not become unable to use magic merely because they lacked wands or there were no magical elements in the air.
