In the latter half of the Grand Line, east of Wano Island, lay the Elbaf Kingdom.
A towering tree, estimated to be several kilometers thick, stood at the center of the entire island, its trunk piercing straight into the White-White Sea.
Perhaps because it absorbed all the nutrients, there was hardly any other vegetation or trees on the island.

One of the tallest peaks, standing close to the giant tree, had been hollowed out into a magnificent rock castle.
It served as the palace of the Giant King and the place where the Giant elders held their councils.

It was not just him. The other elders present wore similar expressions.
They knew that the World Government was no longer what it used to be.
And even the World Government of the past had seemingly been more than they could handle.

In the historical records passed down from their ancestors, the name Imu referred to an existence so powerful that even the Giant King of nine hundred years ago had found difficult to defeat.
