Background / History
Han Bingyu was born into the Han Family of Jinxiu City, one of Qingzhou's Eight Great Merchant Houses and a subordinate force of the Qingyuan Sect. Though regarded as capable among her generation, she was not among the family’s most valued younger members and was sent to the Qingyuan Sect under the family’s usual practice of placing talented descendants in the sect. 940
At Qingyuan Sect, she discovered that the talent valued by her family was ordinary among the sect’s disciples. Her progress toward External Refinement was slow, while the Han Family and sect could offer only limited resources. Seeking a more reliable path, she studied alchemical texts and pursued work as an alchemist’s apprentice. 940
She outcompeted other candidates to become Yang Chan’s first Alchemist Assistant. Her diligence, ability to learn, and access to the Han Family’s information channels made her useful in medical work, resource acquisition, and intelligence gathering. Yang Chan gradually entrusted her with more responsibilities and rewarded her with pills, alchemical instruction, and cultivation resources. 93 104 176 940
Han Bingyu deliberately chose to remain at Yang Chan’s side even after becoming an Elite Disciple, recognizing that his talent, resources, and rapidly rising status offered her the strongest route forward. Their relationship developed from alchemist and assistant into lovers, while she continued to serve as his trusted aide. 176 277 278 940
After joining Tianxuan Holy Land, she passed the First-level Alchemist assessment and worked in the Spiritual Medicine Tower under Yang Chan. She managed its affairs, expanded an intelligence network, and handled many matters that allowed Yang Chan to focus on cultivation and alchemy. 646 746 817 823
Following the establishment of the Dongyuan Divine Sect, Han Bingyu’s status rose with Yang Chan’s. She eventually advanced through the Marrow Cleansing and Blood-Changing Martial Saint realms, then merged with the Way of Life to attain Eternity as a God King-realm Lord of a Minor Dao. 928 940

She is efficient and perceptive in service. Yang Chan values her ability to understand his intentions, gather useful information, manage tasks without delay, and respect his boundaries while he cultivates. 104 112 303 500
