The Western Teachings Shall Have the Position of Sage Teacher for Their Four Venerables

The Great Wilderness does not count years.

Primordial Lord watched the many disciples leave, a satisfied smile on his face.

"Although preaching took thousands of years, it wasn't a waste of effort."

Even though his efforts at persuasion wouldn't make the Heavenly Origin Sect disciples and Intercepting Sect disciples fall in love, there had been a significant improvement.

They had gone from being enemies to ignoring each other like strangers.

But this was still a great step forward!

After all, when someone nags in your ear for thousands of years, with constant psychological suggestion and hints, it's a testament to their strong will if their state of mind hasn't directly "become enlightened"!

Of course, Primordial Lord also knew that this couldn't be rushed.

After all, the notion of Heavenly Origin Sect disciples looking down on Intercepting Sect disciples had existed since the sect's founding.

It should be known that the initial separation of the Three Pure Ones originated from Primordial Lord. If Primordial Lord were willing to make a choice and let go of his prejudice against Bearded and Horned Beings, then the unification of the Three Pure Ones would have a great chance.

After all, Primordial Lord had now seen the prejudice Heavenly Origin Sect disciples held in their hearts towards Intercepting Sect disciples.

After all, when the Investiture of the Gods Tribulation arrived, no one could avoid it. The 365 positions of gods on the Investiture of the Gods List had to be filled.

Moreover, if they wanted the Three Teachings to no longer be disturbed by the immeasurable calamities in the future and to be completely at ease.

Only through the Unification of the Three Teachings and the establishment of the Daoist Gate, completely separating from the Mystic Gate, could they hope to achieve enlightenment.

One should know that this was absolutely not allowed within the Mystic Gate!

Back then, when the Three Pure Ones separated, wasn't the Heavenly Dao involved in the calculation and pre-planning?

He closed his eyes and meditated, the laws of a Saint surging around him.

As a Saint of the Heavenly Dao, he understood all things in the universe, the great world, observing the past, present, and future with his eyes, and manipulating time, creation, and reincarnation in his palms.

Now, his thoughts were racing as he deduced the opportunity for the Unification of the Three Teachings.

After a long while, Primordial Lord opened his eyes, his gaze shining brightly.

"Although I haven't found the opportunity for the Unification of the Three Teachings, I didn't expect that with the Human Emperor about to descend, this matter might be something we can plan for!"

Primordial Lord was overjoyed.

Now that the Witch-Demon Calamity had ended and the Heavenly Court was newly established, it was the time for the Human Race to flourish.

And the birth of the Human Emperor would require a Sage Teacher to guide him.

The merit gained from this guidance was considerable!

Although this merit was of no use to him, it would be of great benefit to his disciples!

This was a great opportunity!

"We must compete for this!"

Primordial Lord's gaze was firm, and he made up his mind.

Of course, the opportunities for his disciples were secondary. The most important thing was the destiny of the Human Race!

This was deeply connected to the Human Dao.

For example, Grand Supreme Elder Lord of Morality established the Human Sect, only accepted Xuandu as a disciple, and after passing down the Golden Elixir Great Dao, he no longer interfered with the Human Race, and yet he became a Saint. This showed the importance of the Human Race's destiny!

This was deeply connected to the Human Dao!

What is the Human Dao?

In the past, in the Great Wilderness world, the three Daos of Heaven, Earth, and Man coexisted. The Heavenly Dao, the Earthly Dao, and the Human Dao were equal, each a manifestation of the Great Dao, holding equivalent status!

Although, Primordial Lord understood the predicament of the Human Dao in the Great Wilderness. Within the Great Wilderness, the Heavenly Dao reigned supreme, utterly and without peer. Now, Hongjun had merged with the Heavenly Dao, distributing seven strands of Primordial Violet Qi. Not only did the Heavenly Dao have a spokesperson, but the Six Sages also suppressed the heavens.

The Human Race rose, and with great difficulty, produced the Three Sovereigns of Humanity, who almost achieved true Sainthood for the Human Race.

However, the Three Sovereigns were once again schemed against, confined to the Fire Cloud Cave as Half-Saints, forever a step below the Saints of the Heavenly Dao.

From then on, the Human Dao declined generation after generation, increasingly suppressed by the Heavenly Dao.

A Human King of the Zhou Dynasty, King Wen of Zhou, had to pull a carriage for a disciple of the Heavenly Origin Sect like Jiang Ziya.

Li Shimin, a dignified Emperor of the Human Race, was so terrified by a mere Dragon King of Jing River that he couldn't sleep at night.

It could be said that in the Great Wilderness, the Heavenly Dao was supreme, and the Human Dao was merely a subservient appendage, oppressed and relegated to the lowest tier.

But this did not affect the current destiny of the Human Dao.

Besides, the future is the future; it is not set in stone!

Now, it could be said that no one understood the significance of controlling the destiny of the Human Race better than Primordial Lord.

He looked up towards the direction of the Palace of Empress Nuwa.

As if his gaze could pierce through the grand hall of the Jade Void Palace and see the Palace of Empress Nuwa in the immeasurable heavens, beyond the thirty-three layers of the firmament.

"Nuwa is the Saint Mother of the Human Race. When the Human Emperor is born, Nuwa will surely learn of it. This matter will undoubtedly require discussion with Nuwa!"
