Lin Bai escaped a ghost cultivator’s underground palace, then entered the Eighteen Levels Palace in search of its treasures and the Five Elements Dao Bone. After claiming the first three levels’ treasures, he recruited a ghost cultivator to help him find the rest.

• Lin Bai killed the cultivators who attacked him in Huang Tian’s underground palace, escaped its collapsing passage, and left the Sea of Weapons with Gu Citian.
• Gu Citian brought Lin Bai to the Eighteen Levels Palace, where the Gu family explained the dangers of Dead Island and the treasures held on its higher levels.
• The Crow revealed that the palace was the Fuling Pagoda, a Dao Divine Weapon, and Lin Bai crossed to Dead Island to search for its treasure.
• Lin Bai defeated Blade Dao Soul with Five Elements Divine Lightning, took the Five Elements Dao Bone, and left Snow Changtian behind as the factions gathered around him.
• Lin Bai refined the Dao Bone to obtain part of the Five Elements Dao Body Chapter, then continued to the third level after deciding to seek the complete scripture.

Lin Bai seized the Mystic Fire Dao Aura and the Fuling Pagoda while rival factions hunted him through the Eighteen Levels Palace. He emerged from the pagoda carrying it and brought out the Corpse King to face the three Ghost Emperors.

• Lin Bai spared Xia Song and the submitting ghost cultivators, then killed the challengers who blocked his way and refined their Dao Fruits.
• Lin Bai defeated Tiger, gained his allegiance, and learned that the Mystic Fire Dao Aura lay on the ninth level, guarded by the Corpse King.
• Lin Bai took the Mystic Fire Dao Aura from the Corpse King with the Bright Moon Sword, then escaped as the Corpse King and the other factions pursued him.
• Lin Bai evaded Ji Tai and the Seven Fiends, sent the Crow away with the Mystic Fire Dao Aura, and entered the tenth level while his pursuers fought the Corpse King.

Lin Bai escaped the Azure Ruins, found Kong Lu’s Tomb, and claimed its records while surviving a clash with the White-Bearded Elder and the White Cat Snow Beasts. He then headed toward Dragon Burial Abyss to pursue the Three Thousand Dao Lord’s treasure and outwit the Giant God, but ghost cultivators trapped him before the human delegation arrived to help.

• Lin Bai escaped the Azure Ruins Battlefield with the Corpse King and learned that an injured Giant God had come searching for him because of his Devouring Sword Soul.
• In Tianchi City, Lin Bai uncovered Ning Rou’s scheme, joined her expedition to the former Fallen Star Mountain Range, and entered Kong Lu’s Tomb through a hidden passage in the White Cat Snow Beasts’ Sacred Mountain.
• Lin Bai followed Kong Lu’s signs through the tomb’s trials, found Kong Lu’s remains and treasures, and learned that Dragon Burial Abyss might hold the Three Thousand Dao Lord’s treasure.
• The White-Bearded Elder killed Uncle Yuan and attacked Ning Rou, but Lin Bai fought him and escaped the White Cat Snow Beasts’ territory with Ning Rou before they parted ways.
• Lin Bai reached Tianyi City, learned that the Giant God remained a Dao Lord-level threat, and agreed with the Crow to seek weapons at Dragon Burial Abyss in exchange for a share of the treasure.
• Lin Bai left Tianyi City in an aura-concealing robe, but Sha Xun’s ghost cultivators trapped him in the Hengtian Mountains with the Thousand Souls Shackling Formation.
• Human and demon cultivators gathered near the formation, and after Gu He recognized Lin Bai, Fuyang led powerful human experts to confront Sha Xun and force him to yield ground.

At the White Jade Palace, Liao Lu revealed the Green Jade Fragments’ link to the Heaven Swallowing Race and its war with the Giant God Race, and one fragment vanished into Lin Bai’s palm.

• Fuyang led Lin Bai and the human experts into Dragon Burial Abyss, where Lin Bai secretly descended into the Dark Domain and found ancient cultivators sealed in the darkness.
• Lin Bai entered the Chaotic Void and found Prince Mu, Nangong Qingxuan, Feng Yao, the Dragon Lord, Zhang Xiuyun, and Xiong Xueqing trapped before the sealed treasure land.
• Lin Bai used his Devouring Sword Soul to open the seal into the Heaven Swallowing Dao Fruit, where its devouring power killed Zhang Xiuyun and drove Lin Bai’s companions to flee.
• Lin Bai and the Crow gathered treasures as Qiu Litian, Ye Qianjiao, the Purple Emperor, Ninth Uncle-Master, and other ancient figures awakened and entered the treasure site.
• Lin Bai defeated Qiu Litian and made the Evil Flood Dragon swear to serve him for a hundred years, then rode with it through the darkness in search of the Crow.
