Zhou Qingqing helped the Three Pure Ones and Nuwa shape the Human and Earthly Courts while advancing her cultivation and gathering allies. After Nuwa became a Saint and the Three Pure Ones entered seclusion, Zhou Qingqing intervened in the Ten Golden Crows’ attack on the Nine Li Tribe and arranged a punishment for the princes, while the Witch-Demon conflict remained unresolved.

Arc 5The Lotus and the Human Sovereign Seal

Zhou Qingqing helped Tongtian thwart Di Jun’s marriage plans, accompanied Laozi west to recover lotus treasures, and completed her transformation through tribulation. She left Eastern Kunlun to train, subdued Kuafu and the Iron-Eating Beast, and secured the Human Sovereign Seal at Kongtong Mountain.

  • Tongtian helped Xihe transform from the Lunar Goddess into the Sun Goddess, then defeated Di Jun in their formation contest and won the Fusang Tree.
  • Zhou Qingqing refined her lotuses and advanced her cultivation, while Laozi took the Fusang Tree to Donghua Dijun to help him cultivate anew.

Zhou Qingqing helped the Three Pure Ones avert war, settle matters with the Witch Race, and prepare the Earthly Court. At Mount Fengqi, her Creation Divine Lightning helped Nuwa reach a new realm and sense Human Dao, while Laozi gave her the Kongtong Seal.

  • Yuanshi and Tongtian formed South Pole Immortal and Daoist Duobao to court Zhou Qingqing, who returned with gifts for all three masters.
  • Laozi explained the Three Pure Ones’ origins, and the brothers prepared the Immortal-Slaying Sword Formation as war between Witches and Demons loomed.

She arranged a punishment for the princes that would also let them earn merit, while the Witch-Demon conflict remained unresolved.

  • Zhou Qingqing chose the Celestial Master Dao, and the Three Pure Ones established Daoism together before attaining sainthood.
  • Zhou Qingqing accompanied Tongtian to Western Kunlun, where he severed Queen Mother of the West’s supreme karmic position and devised a method that helped her reach the Quasi-Sage realm.
  • Zhou Qingqing helped Supreme Pure Laozi restore Kunpeng using his essence blood, and Laozi named him Zhuang Zhou before inviting Red Cloud to join Daoism.
