The Eve of Disaster

The day after Eden's concert, Huang Hao found Aponia to discuss something they had never discussed before.

"Aponia, I want you to lift everyone's commandments."

Aponia looked at the earnest Huang Hao, chuckled softly, and asked, "Mr. Huang Hao, may I ask why?"

Huang Hao: "I hope no one will be confused."

Aponia: "But those people aren't confused either."

Huang Hao: "But one person, his thoughts are controlled, his actions are bound, all to fulfill someone else's purpose, for the so-called greater good."

Aponia: "This is necessary."

Huang Hao: "That should be their decision to make!"

Aponia ignored the angry Huang Hao in front of her and brought up another matter: "Mr. Huang Hao, based on what happened before, you can also foresee the future, right? You've met many people and lost hope and faith. I hope I can save more people. You are the one who is for the greater good."

"What do you mean?"

"In the face of disaster, death has become commonplace. Mr. Huang Hao, you don't need everyone to go through it again, because there's only one outcome."

Huang Hao was furious and wanted to grab the table and smash it into the face of the person opposite him, but his reason told him that she was right.

Aponia made a praying gesture and finally said, "Even if I agree, there will still be those who disagree. If Mr. still pursues this matter, I have nothing more to say."

Huang Hao, who had intended to press further, understood and walked straight out.

After leaving, Huang Hao looked up at the sky. The sun, the white clouds, the blue sky—everything was so beautiful, yet he still felt uneasy.

"A terrible future."

Huang Hao didn't know why he said it, but he spoke it anyway. Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his head and passed out.

When he opened his eyes again, he found himself in a hospital.

Huang Hao: "Wh-what's going on? Where am I?"

"Father, this is a hospital." While Huang Hao was unconscious, Angela immediately returned from her team to take care of him and had not left his side.

"An'er, is it? You've worked hard these past few days." Huang Hao put on his signature smile, which looked incredibly bitter.

"It's nothing, Father. It's what I should do."

Huang Hao lay on the hospital bed, with Angela sitting beside him. Dark clouds gathered outside the window, and there was no sunlight, making the hospital room feel oppressive.

At this moment, Huang Hao suddenly spoke, "An'er, has anyone visited me during this time?"

Angela replied, "Aunt Aponia was the first to come. Uncle Kevin, Uncle Qian Jie, and Cosmo also visited. Eden came by to give some instructions about the concert. Oh, and this box of lemons was from Sister Ellie." Angela pointed to the cardboard box by the bed.

"Anyone else?"

Angela took out a few more letters: "Yes, but they didn't come directly. They just wrote a few letters."

Huang Hao looked at the letters, smiled, and shook his head, burning them directly with his authority.

Angela just watched without saying anything.

Huang Hao looked out the window, remembering that it was daytime when he fainted, but now it was overcast. This was not a good sign. He then got out of bed and said, "An'er, let's go."

Huang Hao walked out of the ward and looked in the mirror. He noticed his black cloak was still on, and he smiled, knowing Angela had helped.

Huang Hao patted Angela's head: "Thanks, An'er. I didn't expect you to understand me so well."

Angela removed Huang Hao's hand from her head and asked, "Father, were you saying the Herrscher is coming with what you just said? But the timing is supposed to be unknown."

"An'er, do you know why I fainted and am still so calm?" Huang Hao didn't answer Angela's question but continued speaking to himself.

Angela: "I don't want to know."

Huang Hao: "...Alright, because I felt it. Now, the prophecy has become intuition."

"Use my authority to issue a notice. Say that disaster is coming."
