One lowered merciful eyes, grieving for all living beings; the other had a gaunt face, though divine radiance was contained within. He wore a golden flower upon his head, stepped upon a Twelve-grade Golden Lotus, and walked slowly alongside the other.

The last was a woman with her cloudlike hair piled high, poised and graceful. Her figure was like a startled swan skimming past, sinuous as a roaming dragon diving into the abyss. Her beauty was peerless, unmatched in all ancient and modern times; a crimson glow wreathed her body, her magnificence beyond compare.

They were none other than Laozi, the Grand Pure Heavenly Lord of Virtue; Yuqing Yuanshi Tianzun; Upper Purity Sect Master Tongtian; Amitabha Buddha; Zhunti Buddhist Mother; and Empress Nuwa, arriving together.

Seeing the Sages descend in person, all the immortal beings present bowed in unison and chanted respectfully, "May the Sages enjoy boundless peace!"

Qing Niao hurried forward, gave the six Sages a deep bow, and announced in a clear voice, "Qing Niao pays respects to all the Sages."
