The journey left Ancestor Tianxiang imprisoned and revealed clues about the Immortal Shade’s origin and the Sky-Piercing Immortal Tree.

• Li Xiuchang impersonated Chu Xiangnan to infiltrate Corpse Burial Valley, helped expose the hidden convention, and slaughtered the demonic cultivators there before the Four Great Immortal Sects attacked their strongholds.
• Li Xiuchang climbed the Ascension Stairway to its ninth floor, studied the Pavilion’s records and inheritances, and returned to the Immortal Dust Sect after reaching the Seventh Tier in artifact refinement.
• Li Xiuchang and Zhang Wanzhi traveled with Chen Changsheng into the Demon Suppressing Realm, equipped survivors with handguns, and discovered the Sage’s corrupted remains and the twelve Wordless Steles sealing the Confucian Path’s origin.
• Li Xiuchang designed and crafted the Equalizing Spear, while Zhang Wanzhi took him to the Zen Heart Realm to confront the Snowy Plains Realm’s occupation of the Sleeping Buddha Temple.
• Li Xiuchang and Zhang Wanzhi pursued the impostor posing as Pang Yuanfu, but a distorted Ascension Rule separated them and sent Li Xiuchang to an island where Ancestor Tianxiang confronted him.
• Chen Changsheng’s Basaltic Rock struck Ancestor Tianxiang unconscious, and Zhang Wanzhi reunited with Li Xiuchang before bringing him and Tianxiang to the Immortal Dust Sect.
• Li Xiuchang tortured Ancestor Tianxiang until she surrendered, and she disclosed her origins, the possible shattering of an ancient great world, and the Sky-Piercing Immortal Tree’s location at its center.
• Ancestor Tianxiang agreed to remove Chu Ya’s seed of love when he returned, and Li Xiuchang planned to perfect his Equalizer Dao before advancing his cultivation.

Li Xiuchang established the Equalizer Dao, advanced his cultivation, and helped his senior brothers investigate the Shadow World while taking in Yang Hao. After learning that a Sacred Beast Secret Realm needed five divine bloodlines, he set out with Steady and Golden Horn to recruit them.

• Li Xiuchang rooted the Equalizer Dao in his second Dantian space, broke through to the Dao Integration Stage, and later strengthened his body and soul with Longevity Pills.
• Li Xiuchang learned that the mysterious powerhouse was likely Lou Yu and, through Gui Wuyan’s divination, uncovered the Shadow World and its connection to the Immortal Shade.
• Li Xiuchang discovered that the Confucian Sage had rejected the Confucian Path, then began studying its origin through the Wordless Stele after Su Qingchun connected its teachings to equality.
• Li Xiuchang took in Yang Hao, whose Innate Sacred Body could not retain written language or cultivation techniques, and arranged for him to work at Danxiang Tower and train with a sword.
• Chen Changsheng told Li Xiuchang that Wenwen and Golden Horn had emerged from a secret realm that required five Divine Beast Bloodlines to open its later stages.
• Li Xiuchang joined Steady and Golden Horn on a search for three more bloodlines, and Silver Falcon King agreed to help recruit Golden Falcon and approach the parents of Yuan Bao and Jing Jing.
• A pelican accidentally swallowed Silver Falcon King and Golden Falcon before spitting them out, and the group set off with Silver Falcon King warning Li Xiuchang about Water Ape King.

Li Xiuchang conquered the Sacred Beast Secret Realm’s trials, gained powerful insights and treasures, and advanced his cultivation and the Equalizer Dao. The arc ended with Tianxiang’s Love Slaves holding civilians hostage in the Pure Land Realm as Chen Changsheng investigated a beast-filled rift in the Immortal Shade.

• Li Xiuchang defeated Water Ape King, recruited Yuan Bao for the secret realm, and gathered Silver Falcon King, Golden Falcon, and Whale Jing to join him.
• Li Xiuchang and his companions passed the secret realm’s trials, where Li Xiuchang mastered the Four Sacred Beasts’ Artistic Conceptions and discovered he had Divine Beast Bloodline.
• Li Xiuchang won the Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Vermilion Bird, and Xuanwu rewards, including Essence Blood, a Dragon Blood Tree Seed, White Tiger Black Gold, a Fire Seed, and the Xuanwu Turtle Shell Imprint.
• Li Xiuchang returned to the Immortal Dust Sect, shared his treasures with his senior brothers and sisters, and ate Four Symbols Pills until he awakened the Acquired Dao Comprehension Sacred Body.
• Li Xiuchang brought Yang Hao to the Twelve Steles, where Yang Hao awakened the Confucian Path origin, and later helped him merge a fragment of it into the Equalizer Dao.
• Li Xiuchang upgraded his Equalizing Spear and Fire Seed, broke through to the Late Dao Integration Stage, and learned that ascenders had attacked the Immortal Dust Sect.
• Ancestor Tianxiang admitted that the attackers were her Love Slaves, and Li Xiuchang and Mo Tu escorted her toward the Pure Land Realm before an ambush forced them to flee there.
• The Love Slaves seized civilians as hostages to demand Tianxiang, while Chen Changsheng investigated a spatial rift in the Immortal Shade that was pouring out demonic beasts.

After Tianxiang’s invasion was stopped, Li Xiuchang advanced his cultivation while investigating people who had returned from the Shadow World and learned that shadows could replace their counterparts. The group exposed Hermit Wuhu and other suspected shadows, then joined battle with them in the Myriad Mountains Realm as Seal Heaven Sect elders recognized the impostors.

• Chen Changsheng destroyed the formation sustaining the spatial rift, and Yang Hao later froze Tianxiang to dust, ending the Love Slaves’ attack on the Immortal Dust Sect.
• The Love Slaves paid compensation for the damage, and Li Xiuchang received treasures and a Soul-carrying Doll whose bound souls could teach him the Charm Great Dao.
• Gui Wuyan divined that a group of mysterious sea-borne travelers planned to enter the Immortal Shade, so Mo Tu and the others went to intercept them while Li Xiuchang entered seclusion.
• Li Xiuchang broke through to the Tribulation Crossing Stage, integrated the Wood Dao into his Equalizer Dao, and helped capture Aping’s husband and other Shadow World returnees.
• The captives revealed that everyone in the Immortal Shade had a counterpart in the Shadow World and that Wang Jingxing’s shadow had impersonated him before returning to the Shadow World.
• Gui Wuyan traced Wang Jingxing’s shadow to a disciple in the Myriad Mountains Realm, while Zhang Wanzhi discovered that Five Lakes Hermit was alive as the Seal Heaven Sect’s Grand Elder.
• Li Xiuchang integrated the Metal, Water, and Fire Daos into his Equalizer Dao as the group prepared to expose shadows, and he spread a rumor about someone carrying the Preaching Ranking Key to draw one out.
• Li Xiuchang and his companions joined Mo Tu and Lu Yang in battle against the shadows, and Ye Yuqiu brought Seal Heaven Sect Grand Elders who recognized Hermit Wuhu and challenged the alleged impostors.
