Planet Explosion, Crossing Time

Normally, Frieza would indeed have flown into a rage.

After all, what he hated most was subordinates returning after failing their missions.

But with something like this happening at such a time, he found it rather interesting instead.

Especially when he saw that furious face, Frieza felt excited for no reason at all.

"There are some unexpectedly interesting ones among the Saiyan Monkeys. I'm very interested. Send the combat personnel to meet him," Frieza ordered in a teasing tone.

"Yes, Lord Frieza!"

"Understood, Lord Frieza."

Dodoria and Zarbon immediately set off to issue the orders.

Before long, the Spaceship's hatch opened, and Frieza Army's elite combat personnel all charged toward Bardock.

The battle that followed not only overturned everyone's understanding and stunned Zarbon and Dodoria, but also took Frieza by surprise and stirred his interest.

Who could have imagined that a mere low-class Saiyan Monkey could unleash such terrifying power?

In particular, the astonishing Battle Power Bardock displayed was simply incomparable to King Vegeta and those so-called Elite Warriors.

"Zarbon, open the Spaceship. I would like to meet this Saiyan personally," Frieza said, his expression shifting slightly.

"Yes." Zarbon nodded quickly and led Frieza to the hatch at the top.

Dodoria stood there trembling the entire time, not daring to say a word.

Outside the Spaceship.

Bardock pressed forward without hesitation. After only a short time, he had already charged to a position not far from Frieza's Main Battleship.

Even though he was in Space beyond the atmosphere.

Protected by his own energy, Bardock could travel through space for a short period of time.

In fact, anyone with a Battle Power of several thousand or more could accomplish this easily.

"Frieza!! Get out here!!"

His roar carried on a wave of energy toward the Spaceship as Bardock grew increasingly frantic.

Though more than a dozen warriors had him forcibly pinned down, he still showed no fear! The hatch atop the Spaceship opened, and Frieza slowly appeared in his Hoverchair. All the elite warriors of the Frieza Army immediately stopped moving and looked toward this Universe Emperor!

Frieza wore a mocking expression, his gaze sharp, killing intent radiating from his entire body.

"Saiyan, I greatly admire your abilities. Your king, as well as those so-called elites, are not even worth mentioning beside you.

"It's a pity you're a Saiyan. Otherwise, I would have welcomed you to join me."

Although he thought highly of Bardock, Frieza's tone remained full of sarcasm.

Saiyan Monkeys all had to die! Especially this one before him. The more highly Frieza regarded him, the more he had to die, because he had made Frieza realize just how incredible the Saiyans' potential truly was.

"Why?! We Saiyans have always followed your orders, constantly helping you conquer all kinds of planets! Why are you trying to wipe us out?!" Bardock demanded furiously.

Upon hearing those words, Frieza remained unmoved, but the surrounding Frieza Army elites were already terrified.

No one had ever dared speak to Lord Frieza like that.

"You Saiyans have only yourselves to blame for being too restless," the cold words reached Bardock's ears.

The next second, Frieza stopped hesitating. A blood-red light flashed at the tip of his right index finger, and a fiery red energy sphere the size of a grain appeared.

"Damn it!! I'll never forgive you!!!"

Fury strengthened Bardock's power once more. Vaguely, it seemed as though he had touched some kind of barrier—one he might even be able to break through.

Energy continuously gathered in his right palm. White light flashed, and once the powerful energy had taken shape, Bardock raised his hand and hurled this Energy Blast filled with his rage.

"Everything will change—Planet Vegeta's fate... my fate... the fate of the Saiyan race!!"

"Ohohohoho~!!" Perhaps amused by Bardock's foolish declaration, Frieza's mocking laughter grew even more pronounced.

The fiery red energy sphere at the tip of his finger rapidly expanded.

Ten meters, a hundred meters, a thousand meters...

It completely blocked and swallowed Bardock's finishing move. The Energy Blast continued expanding, its power rising at an astonishing rate.

"W-What?!" Seeing that his attack had done absolutely nothing, all of Bardock's hopes were shattered.

With a flick of his finger, Frieza sent the Planet Destruction Bullet sweeping straight downward.

It tore through everything in its path, even taking away quite a few Frieza Army elite warriors who had failed to dodge in time.

Before him was a massive Energy Blast powerful enough to destroy everything.

Behind him was Planet Vegeta.

Bardock had nowhere left to retreat. All he could do was face it.

"Haahhh!!!"

A brilliant blue energy wave shot from his hands, hurtling straight toward the Energy Blast.

But what could he do, even if he gave it everything he had?

The gap was simply too great.

With all his strength exhausted, Bardock was swallowed by the Planet Destruction Bullet.

The terrifying energy ravaged his body, making him feel death closing in.

The visions of the future once again filled his mind at that moment.

He should have lost all sensation. Lost consciousness.

Yet at that moment, his mind was clearer than ever.

"The future... is up to you... Kakarot, Talot!!!"

Only Bardock himself could hear that hysterical cry.

BOOM!!!!!!!

The Planet Destruction Bullet tore through Planet Vegeta's atmosphere, making every person and living creature on the planet look up.

Only then did the Saiyans, who had been enjoying themselves moments ago, realize destruction had arrived.

But even if they resisted now, it would be useless.

Viewed from space, the Planet Destruction Bullet smashed into Planet Vegeta's core in little more than ten seconds.

Under the terrifying Destructive Power of the Planet Destruction Bullet, countless cracks appeared across the entire planet. Without question, each crack was a vast chasm, with magma erupting from within.

The planet twisted and broke apart... until finally...

BANG~~!!!!!!! Planet Vegeta exploded in a Big Bang Attack, becoming a dazzling firework in the cosmos.

"Zarbon, Dodoria, such beautiful fireworks are truly a rare sight."

Frieza let out a sickening laugh. At that moment, his cruel nature was fully exposed.

Inside the Spaceship, Zarbon and Dodoria felt chills run down their spines, yet they could not show the slightest discomfort.

They had seen plenty of planets explode, but watching Frieza destroy one was the most shocking sight of all.

Thus, Planet Vegeta was reduced to nothingness, erased from existence! Everything was progressing along its predetermined course.

No one knew that at the instant the planet exploded, an invisible force carried Bardock, whose body was about to be completely melted by energy, across time...
