Aso Mother was over three thousand kilometers from Siril. They would need to cross a place called Pearl Strait along the way and transfer to a ship.
They would also need to pass through three strongholds for supplies.
Lu Sheng brought a flesh specimen from Sun No. 1 and headed straight along the abandoned highway in the designated direction.
After leaving Siril, they spent three consecutive days clearing monsters as they advanced, so their pace was not particularly fast. Before long, the vehicle ran out of gas, and there was nowhere along the way to refuel.
Lu Sheng simply led everyone out of the vehicle and continued on foot.
He had vaguely guessed the purpose of that Anomaly flower-bud girl, but his core reason for coming to this world was to find his kin.
So whether it was a trap or not, he had no choice but to make the trip himself—especially since Siril and Aso Mother had no means of communication.
Along the way, Lu Sheng encountered quite a few seemingly powerful bizarre monsters. But as a top powerhouse classified as A-Rank, those monsters were nothing more than paper mache before him, easily pierced and dealt with.
The so-called A-Rank meant one could not be fought head-on. The Corpse Worm Princess could not be fought head-on, and by Lu Sheng's own definition, neither could he.
