Elmont-V Asia was one of the Federation's five major continents and the largest continent on the West Bank. Located beneath the Central Rift Mountain Range and tucked away in the middle reaches of the Taita River basin, it served as a major transportation hub connecting the north and south of the West Bank.
Building upon the artificial canals dug by the First People in earlier years, the West Bank Party had expanded them, creating river links between Central City in V Asia and several West Bank continents.
Central City was also the Federation's only city that allowed foreign Fighters to enter and leave freely. As a result, it attracted countless combatants and Fighters from around the world and was even regarded as one of the holy lands of combatants.
With the full support of the West Bank Party, the fighting academy in Central City, V Asia had become independent of the Federation's traditional Vault Sword Academy system and taken the name Free Stars.
