Seeing the Aurors protecting him, Fudge could not help but breathe a sigh of relief. He had never expected so many students to be waiting outside for him, much less that they would all be so dissatisfied with him.
No, that was impossible!
They had definitely been bewitched by Dumbledore.
Though he did not know who had been shouting about beating him up earlier, Fudge had already decided to have Umbridge find that person. Even if they were not expelled, they would be made to suffer.
"Think about what we went through last year. Think about the hundred Educational Decrees hanging on the Notice Board." Fred, George, and Lee Jordan were not easily intimidated. Completely unfazed by Fudge's threats, they shouted from the crowd, "Don't be afraid! Cornelius Fudge will be out of office soon enough. Take them down and show them what we're made of. We won't get into any trouble."
Percy opened his mouth. Naturally, he recognized Fred's voice, but this was far from over.
"Do you really think Fudge and that toad will let us off easily? Do you want another taste of the punishment Quill?"
The three had secretly raised their wands, aiming them at the Aurors standing in front of Fudge, and shouted, "Make them understand that we are not sacrifices in their political struggle, nor are we people they can bully and manipulate at will! Let them taste our anger! Let them understand why the Anti-Toad Alliance exists!"

Everyone had been startled by Fudge's threat. It was only when George called out the Disarming Charm that they came to their senses and raised their wands, casting Disarming Charms at
