After altering the memories of Fudge and his group, Albert was immediately surrounded by an enthusiastic crowd, with everyone talking over one another as they pressed him about what had just happened.
Sure enough, once people had done something bad together, their relationship always improved remarkably quickly.
Albert was fairly satisfied with that. After glancing at the task he had just completed, he smiled and raised a finger to his lips. "Don't spread this around. I'm sure none of you want to bring trouble on yourselves either. We should all stick to the same story. You know what to say, right?"
"They knocked themselves unconscious." Everyone grinned.
They had all beaten up Fudge or Umbridge, so naturally none of them wanted trouble coming their way.
"Right, get them to the School Hospital first." Albert turned to call out to his roommate. "Jordan, go to the Entrance Hall and tell Professor Flitwick what happened here. Ask him to keep the Aurors from all coming inside if possible."
"You lot, come help. Everyone else, disperse." Albert waved his wand and conjured several stretchers. After placing Fudge and his group on them, he picked several acquaintances and Prefects to help carry them to the School Hospital.
Harry and the Weasley Twins, meanwhile, called everyone else to gather in the Room of Requirement. They needed to go over what came next, and they were planning to prepare a big surprise for Fudge and his group.
"What happened to them?"
Under Madam Pomfrey's astonished gaze, everyone carried Fudge and his group into the School Hospital.
"They knocked themselves unconscious," Mike explained.
"Yeah, Peeves threw a Slippery Bomb." Everyone else wore expressions that said that was exactly what had happened.
Madam Pomfrey's face twitched. Professor McGonagall, standing beside her, glanced at Albert and pretended she knew
