The Wizard Card Club announced that it would hold its first Wizard Card Tournament, but this did not cause much of a stir at Hogwarts; in the end, it was just an internal event of the Wizard Card Club.

When the news appeared on the bulletin boards of each house, the Hogwarts students were initially somewhat surprised, but that was about it. Many were curious about the competition, but few actually signed up; most were still observing. Moreover, the announcement about traveling to Hogsmeade at the end of November clearly attracted more attention.

"How many people have actually signed up for the Wizard Card Competition Wizard Card Competition?" George curiously peered at the registration list Lee Jordan was holding, wondering just how many people would actually participate.

"There are only four people signed up from Gryffindor so far." Lee Jordan looked at Albert with a helpless expression and asked, "What if we can't get sixteen people?"

"It's nothing big, it's just a club match," Albert said, not really concerned about the game.

He was indeed very optimistic about the future of Wizard Card, but it was still in its early stages, and Wizard Card had already mentally prepared for the worst. Even if only three people participated in the competition, at least the champion Albert, runner-up, and third-place winners would emerge from among them. As for Albert and his roommates, they wouldn't participate; otherwise, how could the others have fun?

"What if no one signs up?" Fred suddenly asked.

"Aren't there still the four of us?" Albert pointed to the four of them and said with a smile, "I'll set up a consolation prize later."

"The consolation prize definitely belongs to George," Lee Jordan joked with George, who had played the Wizard Card the worst of the George.

Was I indeed too concerned about the outcome?

Games are meant to bring fun.

Perhaps Albert didn't expect the Wizard Card Club to be a grand affair; some things just need to be done gradually.

"By the way, are you going to the neighbor's again at the end of the month?" Fred asked in a low voice after tidying up his Wizard Card and looking up at Albert.

"Go, why not go?" Albert knew exactly where Fred meant by "next door." "I have an appointment with Mr. Dagworth, and I should be able to learn how to concoct that potion from him. However, the concoction seems to be more difficult than expected."

"If it works, remember to let me try some. Maybe it will make my mind more agile."

"You've finally admitted you're an idiot."

Fred asked with a strange expression, "You mean Albert is an idiot too?"

"If it really works, I won't have to memorize those annoying theories all day long, and I won't have to go through so much trouble with homework." Lee Jordan was also very interested in the Baruffio's Brain Elixir. Who wouldn't be interested in something that could make them smarter?

"That would require successfully configuring it." Albert was speechless. "And the results certainly wouldn't be as good as you think."

Fred glanced at the person coming this way, shut up and stopped talking about what had just happened, and didn't forget to kick Albert with his foot.

"Damn it, who kicked me?" Lee Jordan glared at Fred and George.

Fred gave him a look that said, "I don't know what you're talking about."

Albert noticed someone sitting down opposite them; it was Truman, the head of Hufflepuff.

"What is it?" Albert asked, noticing Truman's gloomy expression, which he knew couldn't be anything good.

"The Wizard Card Competition doesn't seem to be very appealing; only one person has signed up so far," Truman said dejectedly.

"There's only one, and you're the only one who signed up?" Albert asked with a strange expression.

"Yes, it's just me." Truman nodded. The situation was worse than he had thought. Several days had passed, and no one had contacted him to sign up. Truman was immediately frustrated.

"We have four here, so that makes five people in total," Lee Jordan said, counting on his fingers. "We should be able to make eight."

"You need to have some confidence and patience," Albert said to Truman meaningfully. "We've given them the opportunity. If they don't want to participate, that's fine. They'll definitely be envious of the champion's prize."

"What are you planning to use as a prize?" Truman was a little curious. He knew that Albert would probably prepare some prizes, but he didn't have high expectations for them.

"It's not confirmed yet. It might be Galleon, or something else."

Actually, Albert didn't initially plan to use Galleon as a prize, but he changed his mind when he discovered a new mission on his Task Panel not long ago.

Mini-event.

If you are planning a Wizard Card Competition and intend to promote Wizard Card through it, then invite at least 32 participants and attract more than 100 spectators to make this tournament a resounding success.

Rewards: 5000 experience points, 1 skill point, gain the Transformation Charm skill, +300 reputation, and the title: Wizard Card Founder.

The rewards for this mission are incredibly good, but it's a problem if no one participates.

However, Albert is not worried about a lack of participants. After all, money talks, and when people hear that the champion will receive ten Galleon, there will definitely be a lot of people interested in the event.

"Are you going to pay?" Truman looked at Albert with a strange expression.

"If we use Galleon as the prize, then there might be an entry fee," Albert said after thinking for a moment. "I'm not going to be ripped off, and it would be a hassle to process if a lot of people signed up. You should have read the competition rules, right?"

"Registration fee?" Fred and the others' eyes lit up, but Truman frowned.

"If there were a registration fee, the number of participants would likely be even smaller."

"Well, consider it a kind of selection process for the participants. If the champion gets ten Galleon as a reward," Albert thought for a moment and continued.

"Ten Galleon?" Truman was stunned for a moment, suddenly feeling an aura of nouveau riche rushing towards him.

Ten Galleon are very attractive to many people, considering that many students may not even have a Galleon in their pockets.

"Does it really have to be this big?" Truman was a little worried about whether Albert could come up with the Galleon. If he couldn't, the game would become a joke.

"It's not confirmed yet. We'll see when the time comes. You could try spreading the word that the champion of Wizard Card might get ten Galleon."

"Impressive. I'm sure a lot of people are interested in this. Wait for my good news." Truman gave Albert a thumbs up. Although he didn't understand why Albert was willing to offer this amount of money as a reward for winning the championship, he still admired him. Truman knew that Albert must have other reasons for doing this. This guy didn't seem like the type to suffer a loss.

"Albert, is it really okay for you to spend money like this?" Not only Fred, but everyone else looked at Albert with worried expressions. Ten Galleon was no small sum for them!

"What's there to be afraid of? It only happens once a year. However, we need to speed things up and try to improve the Wizard Card so we can start selling Wizard Card next semester."

Yes, once the Wizard Card become popular, selling cards will be the most profitable thing.

However, the quality of the first batch of Wizard Card cannot be too poor, which is a problem that cannot be solved in a short time.
