A Wild Move

Kenneth Toller didn't receive the same preferential treatment from the principal as Potter did. He did this and wasn't expelled from school, simply because no one was killed.

For the next month, Kenneth Toller would be in solitary confinement under Snape's supervision. The incident with the Baruffio's Brain Elixir had nearly driven Snape mad.

This matter is not over yet, because news of the Baruffio's Brain Elixir poisoning has spread throughout the school, and many students who bought the Baruffio's Brain Elixir are preparing to return it to Kenneth Toller.

Nobody wants to be the next unlucky student to get poisoned by taking medicine. Luckily, the problem wasn't discovered during the exam, otherwise they would have failed the exam as well.

As a result, many students who bought the Baruffio's Brain Elixir went to the School Hospital to visit the Slytherin student who is now lying in a hospital bed, to express their gratitude for his heroic sacrifice.

If Kenneth Toller hadn't gone to Snape's place to put him in solitary confinement, he probably would have been taken to the School Hospital by a group of people.

Every time this matter is brought up, people gloat and no one sympathizes with Kenneth Toller.

Exams should be fair, and yet they still want to cheat...

That day, when Albert went to the Great Hall for lunch, he saw Shanna talking to an older student. The student's tone was not very friendly, and it seemed that they were talking about the Baruffio's Brain Elixir.

"What's wrong?" Albert walked over. He recognized the person talking to Shanna at a glance and could roughly guess what was going on.

The Ravenclaw student expressed a desire to return the item.

However, Shanna had already spent some of her Galleon and didn't have enough to make fifteen Galleon. Even if she wanted to return the goods, there was no way to do so.

Fred and his friends all cast disdainful glances at each other.

Finally, Albert paid ten Galleon for Shanna to buy back the bottle of Baruffio's Brain Elixir, while Shanna paid the remaining five Galleon.

"Thank you!" Shanna quickly thanked Albert.

"You're welcome." Albert didn't mind at all, and said with a smile, "It's just equivalent to you choosing ten Galleon back then."

He checked the seal on the Potions, and as he was about to put it away after confirming it was intact, he saw Terence Higgs walking towards him, his gaze falling on the bottle of Baruffio's Brain Elixir in Albert's hand.

"This is

Fred, George, and everyone else around stared at Albert in disbelief, completely baffled by this bizarre move.

Albert had just spent ten Galleon to buy back the bottle of Baruffio's Brain Elixir, and in the blink of an eye, someone was willing to pay three times that price for it.

These two guys aren't working together to fool them, are they?

Such thoughts popped into everyone's minds.

"Who said I was going to sell!" Albert couldn't help but roll his eyes and righteously reminded him, "That's illegal."

Everyone turned to look at the Ravenclaw student who had come to return the item, their expressions very strange.

The student felt his face burning under the stares of many people and quickly walked away.

"I think that guy probably regrets returning it now. That's Baruffio's Brain Elixir. How could Albert possibly give a bottle of poisonous Potions as the prize for winning Wizard Card Competition?"

Lee Jordan's face was full of undisguised schadenfreude, while Fred and George beside him were clutching their stomachs and bursting into laughter, their smiles looking extremely... malicious.

The people around were all skeptical, but the Slytherin student who had just spoken seemed to be planning to buy Potions, so they couldn't help but believe it a little more.

Everyone was curious about where Albert had gotten that bottle of Baruffio's Brain Elixir. "Will he go and tell Snape?" Shanna asked, watching the Ravenclaw student's retreating figure.

Since the last incident of poisoning by the Baruffio's Brain Elixir, the school has prohibited the private sale of that stuff.

"I didn't sell it," Albert said, blinking.

If someone makes a private deal at school, as long as they don't get caught and there's no solid evidence, there's not much they can do about it.

"I remember that diluted Baruffio's Brain Elixir couldn't be stored for very long," George suddenly said.

"Well, if stored properly, it will last about a year at most. Do you want to drink it?" Albert suddenly pulled a bottle of Potions from his pocket and handed it to George.

"Forget it, I can't bear to part with it," George muttered.

"Drink it, I reckon Snape will be here soon."

"Snape?" The three were stunned for a moment, but quickly realized what was going on.

"That bastard."

"If you don't want it, I'll drink it myself." Albert had already removed the sealing wax and was about to pour it into his mouth.

"Who said we don't want it?" George quickly snatched it from Albert's hands.

"Leave me a sip!" Fred couldn't help but complain. There was only so much Potions, and the three of them shared it.

"How was the result?" Shanna swallowed hard and couldn't help but ask.

"The effect is fantastic, the feeling is very... wonderful."

Before long, everyone saw the Ravenclaw student leading Snape toward them.

"Professor, the Potions has been drunk. You can ask them if you don't believe me." Albert picked up the empty bottle on the table and gestured for Fred and the other two to go to the library to study.

"Yes, they drank it, we all saw it!" Shanna spoke first, and the others echoed her.

Snape glared at the Ravenclaw student who had snitched, and said in an unfriendly tone, "I remember you told me last time that you drank that potion. Lying to a professor costs Ravenclaw twenty points. Perhaps, solitary confinement will help you become honest."

"Ahem!" Fred, George, and Lee Jordan all stared at the Ravenclaw student who had been spurned out by Snape, barely managing to suppress their laughter in front of Snape.

"Alright, I think you shouldn't waste your time. Go to the library and study!" Albert urged.

The group hadn't gone far from the Great Hall when they burst into laughter, their eerie laughter drawing surprised glances from many onlookers.

"Okay, stop embarrassing yourself here!" Albert raised his hand to cover his forehead.

"Sigh, what a pity, we just drank that thirty Galleon potion like that." After Fred finished laughing, he suddenly felt a pang of heartache.

"What you just drank was Brain Boosting Potion," Albert said, pulling out the bottle of Baruffio's Brain Elixir again when no one was around.

"Hahaha!" The three looked at each other, then burst into laughter, clutching their stomachs. They would have fallen to the ground if they hadn't been supporting each other.

"By the way, how did you know that bastard would go to Snape to tell on you?" Fred asked curiously.

"He's lost face big time. What would you do in his shoes?" Albert retorted irritably.

"I'm definitely going to get revenge. I was just wondering how you could be so generous," Fred couldn't help but remark.

"Even a bottle of Brain Boosting Potion costs several Galleon," Albert said irritably. Of course, the materials for Brain Boosting Potion are much cheaper than those for Baruffio's Brain Elixir.

"I feel my heart aching again!"
