Malicious Intent
It's over! It's finally over! After asking Quirrell his last question, Albert gave him a friendly smile. He no longer needed to rack his brains for questions to ask Quirrell.
He was glad that he had completed his "good student" mission before Quirrell died.
Both sides are relieved!
That's fantastic! After parting ways with Quirrell, Albert cheerfully invited his roommates, who were waiting nearby, to join him for a meal in the lobby.
"Looks like you're in a good mood?" Fred asked, observing the smile on Albert's face. They rarely saw Albert smile so happily.
I've never seen Albert so happy when he won the lottery before.
"Yeah, I'm in a pretty good mood," Albert grinned.
"Tell me what made you happy," George asked with a grin, his hand already on Albert's shoulder. "You wouldn't mind sharing it with us, would you?"
"It's related to Professor Quirrell," Albert replied after a moment's thought.
"Professor Quirrell?"
The three looked at each other, puzzled as to why Albert would bring up Professor Quirrell.
"I don't think Professor Quirrell should come to Hogwarts as the Defence Against the Dark Arts Professor. His condition looks terrible, and if he doesn't leave early..." Albert was interrupted by Lee Jordan before he could finish his sentence.
"Alright, Albert, stop trying to change the subject." Lee Jordan had already seen through Albert's trick.
"Ahem, I'm just telling the truth, Professor Quirrell's condition is indeed not good." Albert said as he walked, with an expression that made it clear I wasn't trying to change the subject. "If Professor Quirrell hadn't resigned in advance, he would probably have become a victim of the curse as well."
"I think you're right." Fred nodded, still pressing on, "However, you haven't said anything that makes you happy."
They were already familiar with Albert's tactics and wouldn't be easily swayed by him to change the subject.
"I've asked all the questions I wanted to ask, and I won't bother Professor Quirrell anymore," Albert said with a smile. "From now on, Professor Quirrell won't want to take a detour every time he sees me."
Albert naturally wouldn't tell them about the mission. However, he wasn't actually lying; he only told them part of the truth.
Sometimes, if the truth isn't fully told, it can turn into a lie, making it impossible to distinguish between the real and the fake.
"I'm done asking."
The three of them were quite surprised. They loved watching Albert ask Professor Quirrell questions whenever he had a spare moment. It was a very interesting sight. Quirrell's face would always show surprise, confusion, and bewilderment. After thinking carefully about the question, he would finally answer it with an expression of exhaustion and despair.
It's actually coming to an end now.
"I think Professor Quirrell isn't feeling well. Anyway, I've gotten what I wanted, so I'm not going to bother him anymore. Otherwise, if he ends up in the hospital, people will say I'm the one who put Professor Quirrell there, and that wouldn't be good." Albert said with an expression that said he was doing everything for Professor Quirrell's sake.
The three of them quickly extracted the key point from that statement: Anyway, I got what I wanted.
What did Albert want? Probably knowledge, all three of them thought.
"I'll tell you a secret," Fred suddenly said.
"What secret?" Albert asked.
"Guess," Fred said with a smile.
"Guess whether I'll guess or not."
"We've figured out a basic way to blow up the toilet," George said quietly after glancing around to make sure no one was nearby.
"Explode the toilet?" Albert thought for a moment, and it seemed that there really was such a thing; Fred and George were planning to blow up Malfoy's toilet. Speaking of Malfoy, Albert also remembered that the other man had designs on his cat, and his eyes narrowed immediately.
"Use the Exploding Charm?"
"Okay, I knew you'd guess that."
"Can you control the Exploding Charm well?" Albert countered.
"It's possible. We've already tried it with the toilet in the Room of Requirement, and the results are amazing," Fred said excitedly, only to be immediately covered in the mouth by George and Lee Jordan.
"We're not planning to blow Malfoy up," Albert patted Fred on the shoulder, reminding him. "We're just planning to give him an unforgettable surprise."
All three of them looked embarrassed; they had forgotten that someone else would be sitting on the toilet.
If you were to use the Exploding Charm on Malfoy while he was using the toilet, who knows what would happen?
"I remember that pesky brat from the Malfoy family was eyeing your Tom." Fred was about to ask Albert for help to solve a little technical problem for them.
"Okay, I know what you're trying to say," Albert suggested. "You could try gunpowder. I remember there's a kind of firework that blooms when it sees water, a magical firework?"
"Fireworks? That's a good idea, but it's a waste of money," George muttered.
"I was just giving you an example to give you a general idea," Albert continued. "Before that, we should add some seasoning to Malfoy's food to make sure he gets an upset stomach."
"Oh my god, as expected of Albert."
The three of them immediately became very interested in what Albert was saying. Albert obviously knew how to concoct Potions that could cause diarrhea.
"In ' One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi,' there's a magical plant from Asia called Ba Shu Bean. This stuff can be used to make laxatives. If taken directly, it will cause an upset stomach, but it's effective in treating constipation." Albert thought for a moment and then said to the three of them, "You should be able to buy Ba Shu Bean or Ba Shu Bean at Slug Giggs' Pharmacy in Diagon Alley. You can write to inquire when you have time."
"Ba Shu Bean".
The three of them murmured and repeated it, as if trying to memorize it.
They quickly revealed a wicked smile, then began searching for parchment and Quill, preparing to write to the apothecary in Diagon Alley to place an order.
Fred was going to reread "One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi," hoping to find an effective way to suppress the Ba Shu Bean. This stuff could be a truly wicked joke; just imagining running to the toilet clutching your stomach was just too much to bear.
"One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi is a treasure trove that can never be fully explored." Lee Jordan couldn't help but marvel at Albert's ingenious ideas, which always seemed to yield some strange and unusual medicinal materials.
Watching the three figures hurriedly depart, Albert shook his head and went into the hall to have lunch. He needed to find time later to go to the Room of Requirement to collect the reward for being a good student.
Although Quirrell isn't particularly capable, he's still a professor, so the reward can't be too bad.
