Giving Up Treatment
The changes in Hagrid were entirely within Albert's expectations.
However, it can only be said that the wizards from Gryffindor are all very stubborn. Hagrid knows that keeping a dragon is illegal, but he still wants to keep one. Doesn't Hagrid know what the consequences of keeping a dragon would be?
Perhaps Hagrid has never really thought about this question.
After all, when a person's mind is preoccupied with something, it's difficult for them to listen to what others have to say.
Albert had already confirmed this when he took the time to meet Hagrid.
Hagrid's mind was now filled with thoughts of how to get his hands on the dragon egg from the Prophecy.
If Albert were to tell Hagrid that the dragon egg was just his nonsense, would Hagrid be so angry that he would never speak to him again? Perhaps, stubborn fools only learn their lesson after hitting a brick wall! Looking at Hagrid's enthusiastic hospitality, I secretly glanced at the new quest that appeared on my Task Panel: Hagrid's Troubles.
Your friend Hagrid seems to be having a lot of troubles. As his friend, you might be able to offer him some help. Why not listen carefully to what's bothering him?
Reward: 200 experience points, Hagrid's favorability +10.
Albert took a bite of cake, looked up and met Hagrid's expectant gaze, cleared his throat and asked, "Because of the dragon egg?"
"Mmm!" Hagrid nodded repeatedly like a child.
"Do you know that raising dragons is illegal?" Albert asked again.
Hagrid suddenly fell silent, looking quite conflicted, clearly not intending to answer Albert's question.
Is raising dragons illegal? Of course it is, but Hagrid doesn't want to give up this opportunity.
He knew that raising dragons was not illegal as long as no one else found out.
But Hagrid can't say such things.
Albert clearly didn't intend to delve any further, and instead asked, "If you get the dragon egg, hatch it, and then what do you plan to do with the dragon?"
Hagrid fell silent again. He hadn't even thought about it; his mind was completely focused on how to get the dragon egg.
"Then tell me, what should I do?" Hagrid looked at Albert awkwardly and asked in a low voice.
"Let's raise them for a few months, and then during summer vacation, have Dumbledore help you send the dragon away, just like he did with Fluffy. Anyway, it's the same whether you send one or two." Albert took a big bite of Hagrid's cake and offered his suggestion.
This is actually the best choice, as it allows Hagrid to fulfill his wish to raise dragons while also solving the problem of raising them.
Seeing Hagrid fall silent again, Albert reminded him, "Don't forget, keeping dragons is illegal."
"I don't want to cause trouble for Dumbledore!" Hagrid said dejectedly. "The headmaster is busy enough already; I shouldn't add to his burdens."
"Then you shouldn't keep a dragon." Albert found Hagrid's idea hilarious. "If you don't want to cause trouble for the headmaster, then just give it up!"
"You know what? Raising a dragon is my biggest dream in this life." Hagrid waved his arms and spit as he talked to Albert.
"You can never hide the fact that you're raising dragons at Hogwarts from anyone," Albert threatened. "The Ministry of Magic will come knocking sooner or later. If you're lucky, they'll release the dragons back into the wild and fine you a hefty amount of Galleon. If you're unlucky, they'll just have the dragons killed, and you'll not only lose your position as the Hogwarts Hunting Grounds Ranger, but you'll also be Azkaban Prison, and the Headmaster will be blamed for it."
Hagrid's body trembled slightly; Albert had clearly hit a nerve.
"You just have a preference for fierce things." Albert sighed as he looked at Hagrid's reaction. "I'm also wondering why that is. I need to remind you again that just because something doesn't pose a threat to you doesn't mean it's harmless to the wizards in the school. If you don't realize this, you'll get yourself into a lot of trouble sooner or later."
"How am I supposed to get a dragon egg!" Hagrid completely forgot Albert's words and asked the question that concerned him most.
"I don't know either. Prophecy doesn't make people omniscient. I just Prophecy the outcome." Albert took a sip of amber tea to moisten his throat and glanced at the dejected Hagrid. "However, I know you probably can't afford a dragon egg, so there are only a few ways to get one."
Which types?
"I found it, someone gave it to me, I bought it cheaply from a vendor, or I won it in a gamble," Albert said, reciting the lie he had prepared.
Hagrid repeated himself, his face no longer showing the same confusion. While he thought Albert's words made sense, would it really be that easy to obtain a dragon egg?
"Go to the Hog's Head Pub, around Easter," Albert suggested. "I think Hog's Head Pub 'll be busier then. If you're lucky, you might even get a dragon egg."
"I see, I understand, I understand."
Seeing Hagrid's excited expression, Albert poured cold water on him, saying, "I can't guarantee you'll get what you want. After all, this is just a reverse prediction based on Prophecy, and the outcome is still uncertain."
"I understand, I understand!" Hagrid's face was beaming with joy.
fail?
How could I possibly fail?
Hagrid had always wanted to raise a dragon, was unwilling to believe that he would fail.
Will Albert fail? Of course not.
At this moment, Hagrid had blindly trusted Albert, because that was the answer Hagrid wanted.
After finishing the cake and tea, Albert got up and left.
Hermione appeared out of nowhere after Albert left, looking very agitated.
"Are you sure it's okay to say that?" Hermione was worried that Hagrid would be very disappointed if Albert's Prophecy failed.
At that moment, Hermione desperately hoped that Albert's Prophecy would come true.
But now that the Prophecy has come true, what should they do with the dragon?
Keeping dragons is illegal. If others find out that Hagrid keeps dragons, he will definitely be arrested by the Ministry of Magic and fined a large sum of money.
"I never lie. This is just a result deduced from Prophecy, but the future can change," Albert said, spouting nonsense with a straight face.
"You're definitely lying."
"Believe me, if Hagrid really gets his hands on a dragon egg and raises a dragon, you, Potter, and Weasley will definitely be in trouble," Albert said quietly, looking into Hermione's eyes.
"I can even tell you that I wouldn't be surprised if Hagrid raised a Giant in the Forbidden Forest someday. He'd get himself into a lot of trouble sooner or later, without even realizing it. Maybe Hagrid should suffer a painful blow and learn a lesson he won't forget!"
