Chapter 53: Unscientific
"Over here, over here!" Lee Jordan waved at the Twins as they entered the Great Hall. "You finally decided to show yourselves."
"Why are you all here?" George sat beside Lee Jordan and greeted the others.
"Isn't that obvious?" Lee Jordan rolled his eyes at them. "It's dinner time. Where else would we be eating?"
"Fair enough. Pass the jam, please." Fred spread a generous amount of jam over a slice of bread, took a huge bite, and asked, "What did they teach in Defense Against the Dark Arts this morning?"
"They spent half the lesson talking about Dark Creatures, then had us practice shooting Red and Green Sparks for the rest of the class." It was Angelina, sitting opposite them, who answered rather than Lee Jordan. The future Quidditch captain scrutinized the Twins. "I heard you two got Gryffindor docked thirty points this morning, wiping out all the points Albert earned lately."
Fred speared a skin-on potato with his fork and muttered, "We only lost twenty points."
"History of Magic took ten points," Albert said, raising his head to look at the Twins. "Where did you run off to this afternoon?"
"Secret!" Fred and George exchanged looks and smiled mysteriously.
"Oh, right, one more thing." Lee Jordan seemed to remember something and told the Weasley Twins, "Filch asked me to tell you that your detention is tomorrow night, in the Trophy Room."
"Looks like you won't have to wash chamber pots. This time, you'll be polishing trophies." After finishing his meal, Albert took out a handkerchief and wiped his mouth before adding, "Oh, and I ran into William not long ago. He looked like he'd just finished washing chamber pots in the School Hospital."
"Please don't talk about that sort of thing during meals." Shanna shot
