The Astronomy Tower was the tallest tower at Hogwarts, and Astronomy Class was held at its summit.

Then, a scene that left everyone dumbfounded unfolded before them. Startled by the shout, the drunken knight in the portrait suddenly panicked and began running about wildly before finally falling into a river in the neighboring portrait.
The drunken knight flailed twice in the water before sinking into the river. The woman in the neighboring portrait hurriedly called for help, trying to pull him out.
Everyone stared at the scene in astonishment, their mouths hanging open.
Before long, they had no choice but to quicken their pace upward. Fred's strange cry had angered several nearby portraits, and they all glared discontentedly at Albert and the others.
