Who's there?

The Fat Lady, who had just closed her eyes to rest, opened them in confusion and stared at the empty corridor in front of her.

There was no response, as if no one had ever been there.

The curfew began at 11 p. m.

Light footsteps echoed in the quiet corridor, as if someone was gradually moving away.

The footsteps did not disappear, but the corridor remained pitch black, with no one in sight. Only the portraits on both sides of the corridor seemed to murmur softly.

Creak!

A door was pushed open without warning, and it seemed someone went inside.

A strange hissing sound suddenly rang out in the dark washroom, and a dazzling white light emanated from the faucet.

The pool began to move, expanding outwards to reveal a very thick water pipe.

A petite, red-haired girl appeared out of nowhere, carrying a book in her arms. She walked directly to the water pipe and jumped in.

After an unknown amount of time, a ball of light suddenly appeared in the Girls' Washroom, completely dispelling the darkness inside. A crisp clicking sound rang out in the quiet restroom, as if someone was taking a picture of the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets.

The orb of light lingered in the void for only a moment before disappearing, and the washroom returned to its deathly silence.

A moment later, a man's voice rang out from the darkness. "Looks like my luck isn't so bad."

Albert examined the photograph in his hand, a pleased smile appearing on his lips. With just the photograph, the existence of the Chamber of Secrets could be confirmed.

That means it's a mission.

Look, the mission has come as soon as it was announced.

The Chamber of Secrets.

Now that you've discovered the location of Slytherin Chamber of Secrets, why not try to Chamber of Secrets and uncover the secrets Slytherin has hidden Chamber of Secrets?

Reward: Unknown.

A secret that cannot be told.

Legend has it that only the Heir of Slytherin is qualified to enter the Chamber of Secrets. You accidentally stumbled upon someone opening the Chamber of Secrets. Investigate who this person is and what their purpose is. Reward: 10,000 experience points, 2 Skill Points.

Secret Digger.

You have stumbled upon the location of the Slytherin Chamber of Secrets. Please inform the Headmaster of Hogwarts and prove to everyone that the Chamber of Secrets truly exists.

Reward: 500 experience points, and the skill "Parseltongue".

Exploring the Chamber of Secrets of Secrets can wait until Harry Potter kills the Basilisk. Anyway, Albert can learn Parseltongue through his skills, so he's not worried about not being able to get into the Chamber of Secrets.

Let the savior handle this huge problem Basilisk!

After taking the photos and triggering the panel quest, Albert didn't plan to linger there any longer, lest Tom find out and the rest of the arrangements might fall apart.

Leaving here as soon as possible is the wisest choice.

After Ginny Weasley entered the Chamber of Secrets, it meant that Tom had already controlled Ginny to summon the Basilisk from deep within the castle.

This place is no longer safe.

For his own safety, Albert returned to the Gryffindor Common Room as quickly as possible.

To be honest, Albert was in a good mood, and even his steps felt lighter.

If used properly, the Chamber of Secrets can definitely trigger a lot of quests.

Tom Riddle believed no one knew he was secretly controlling Ginny Weasley to open the Chamber of Secrets and purge the Muggle-born wizard from the school.

"Let's see if I don't make things perfectly clear for you." Albert's lips curled into a cold smile as he put his mind to work and refine his previous plan.

While passing through the Trophy Room on the fourth floor, I ran into Filch, the manager who was grooming a cat. He was staring at Ron Weasley, who was holding the rag-tea trophy, with a pleasant smile on his lips. It seemed that seeing students suffer and be put in solitary confinement was enough to keep him in a good mood.

As Albert secretly left, he heard Filch's cold voice coming from the Trophy Room, "No, clean it again. Don't try to cut corners."

Then, amidst a series of Society for the Promotion of Elfish Welfare sounds, Ron's mournful cry rang out.

What are you doing?!

Filch stared at Ron, who was spitting out Slug Club, a cold smile playing on his lips. "Wipe it clean. You can only go back after you've wiped it clean, or you won't be getting any rest tonight."

"Has Ron's Slug Club problem still not been cured?"

Albert could roughly guess what had happened over there, and was speechless. He really couldn't understand why Ron Weasley was unwilling to go to Madam Pomfrey for treatment. Was this what they called avoiding medical help? Or was it that even Madam Pomfrey couldn't cure his problem?

Albert took a shortcut and soon arrived at the Gryffindor Common Room.

"Honey-eating bird".

"Where have you been?" The Fat Lady was clearly annoyed that she had just fallen asleep and had been disturbed again.

"A date," Albert said without hesitation.

"Who, that girl named Isobel?" The Fat Lady seemed to become a little excited.

"How did you know?" Albert raised an eyebrow.

"Everyone's talking about you," the Fat Lady said with a smile. "They say you're the youngest International Wizard's Chess Champion."

"Why are portraits so gossipy?" Albert muttered to himself. "May I go in?"

"Of course, remember to come earlier next time, preferably before curfew," the Fat Lady kindly reminded her, as the portrait rotated forward.

"Okay, I'll be more careful next time." Albert smiled as he walked in, sat down in an armchair, and casually glanced at the map.

Ginny Weasley reappeared in the bathroom, even faster than Albert had expected. It seemed Tom had only sent Ginny Weasley down to check on the Basilisk.

Actually, Albert was very curious whether the Basilisk was hibernating or whether Basilisk was always active deep underground at Hogwarts.

Such a long period of time must require food. Without anyone feeding it, it would be impossible for those rats to sustain such a huge Basilisk.

Moreover, the Basilisk should be carnivorous.

Sure enough, upon closer examination, it seems quite strange.

After all, it was Basilisk that had lived for nearly two thousand years. Even if it could hibernate, it still needed to eat.

Was it fed by Hogwarts ' House-elf, or could the Basilisk have left the Chamber of Secrets to forage elsewhere, such as in the Black Lake? This possibility is unlikely, otherwise it would have been noticed.

Moreover, Albert had always been curious about how the Basilisk attacked others through the pipes. Could it be that Hogwarts had more pipe entrances than pipes? This matter seemed strange no matter how you looked at it.

After all, the Basilisk is quite large, and it's impossible for it to appear openly in the corridor.

Otherwise, if an ugly snake were to pass by in the corridor, the professors and students in the classrooms would not be able to miss it. Such a thing would quickly spread throughout Hogwarts and could not be kept secret at all.

So how exactly did it do that? Could it be that the Basilisk was always sneaking out from the entrance of the Girls' Washroom on the second floor and attacking the Muggle student around it?
