The two turned toward the source of the voice and saw a group of men and women dressed rather differently from everyone else walking their way.
Yanila's gaze fell on Albert and Isobel's clasped hands. She raised her head and looked the red-haired girl, who was presumably Albert's girlfriend, up and down. Though she was not as pretty as Yanila herself, she was still a strikingly beautiful woman.
"Your friend?"
Noticing the other girl's scrutinizing gaze, Isobel did not get angry. Instead, she gently tilted her head and asked her boyfriend beside her, sounding as though she were merely asking whether Albert knew the girl next door.
"A friend I met when I went to Spain during summer vacation." Albert had a bad feeling about the atmosphere around them.
"Welcome to Hogwarts. I hope you'll leave with wonderful memories." Isobel smiled as she looked Yanila in the eyes.
Yanila suddenly frowned. The person before her was smiling, yet she gave Yanila an unpleasant feeling. What was this sense of being seen through?
"Alright, let's not crowd around here and talk. We'll disturb their business. It's a little cold—would you like to go inside for something to drink?" Albert invited them into the pub.
Yanila followed the two of them straight into the bar. Her family owned a bar, and she was curious what British pubs were actually like.
"We're going in too."
Fleur was rather displeased that Yanila had acted on her own, but she also wanted to see Yanila make a fool of herself, so she called the others into the pub.
After entering the Three Broomsticks, Albert spotted quite a few familiar faces. Fred, George, and Lee Jordan were huddled together, whispering among themselves.
When Cedric saw Albert, he raised his glass in greeting.
The once-noisy pub gradually
