Hermione had barely sat back down when Ron, who had been leafing through Defence Guide, set the magazine aside and looked up. "Hermione, what did you go to Anderson for?"
"To give him this month's manuscript for review." Hermione lowered her voice.
"What manuscript?" Harry asked curiously.
"The story manuscript at the back of Defence Guide." After saying that, Hermione's expression became slightly awkward.
"You wrote that story?"
Ron looked utterly astonished. He nearly flipped Defence Guide to the last page and pointed at the story while questioning Hermione.
"Don't go telling everyone." Hermione shot Harry and Ron a fierce glare, hoping to shut them up.
"I remember the article wasn't published under your name."
Harry had naturally read that article. Every month, he went through Defence Guide thoroughly. The magazine Sirius had founded was genuinely excellent, and the knowledge about Defence Against the Dark Arts in it always benefited him greatly.
"Right, help me look through these readers' letters first." Hermione pulled out a pile of letters from her robe pocket and handed them to Harry and Ron.
"Why don't you read them yourself?" Harry picked up one of the letters and asked in confusion.
"If the contents are awful, I won't read them and upset myself." Hermione gestured for them to read the letters first. "If the letters are all right, bring them to me."
Ron and Harry exchanged looks, smiling as they opened the envelopes in their hands, pulled out the parchment, and began reading.
"I think you were very wise to do that. A lot of readers aren't friendly."
A moment later, Ron stuffed the letter back into its envelope and shrugged at Hermione. "This bloke certainly isn't friendly. I really don't know why he bothered writing to you. Was it just to disgust you?"
"Maybe.
