• Jiang Ping An trapped Chang Zhuang in an illusion, defeated the Discipline Hall forces, and went on to win the Immortal Pavilion Battle with his zither and spiritual power.

Jiang Ping An reunited with his daughter, then represented the Ascension Pavilion in a series of trials for the Immortal Transformation Technique. He mastered new abilities at Wall-Facing Cliff and excelled in the first two tests, but the final trial’s scoring pushed him and Qian Huan Rou out of contention.

• Jiang Ping An confirmed that Ji Fei’s daughter was his and named her Jiang MiaoYi, while an Immortal warned that her Immortal Demon Body would be needed against the Barren Realm’s coming destruction.

• Jiang Ping An and Qian Huan Rou earned perfect scores in the spellmaking trial and advanced through the Soul Severing Array without facing opponents, placing ahead of Qiu Pingsheng.
