Then, Victor, along with Jack's fleet and two newly added cargo ships, sailed west from the Great Fish River back to Wood Fort Town.

"Number 1, open the territory panel." Victor wanted to check the panel; a lot of new information should have been updated recently.

Soon, the panel information appeared before Victor's eyes.

"The UI update is good, it looks much neater."

After a brief review, Victor closed the panel. He was already very familiar with these figures.

"The territory is currently operating at a deficit, with only expenses and no income. The money, personnel, and supplies from the Gorn Trading Company won't materialize until at least after March next year. I hope the Iron Bean cultivation brings good news next year."

At 2 PM that day, the fleet arrived at Wood Fort Town. Victor disembarked directly and returned to his residence, instructing Captain Jack and Steward Powell to complete the unloading of goods as soon as possible.

This fleet did not transport troops; it only brought 1000 serfs and some supplies, with the bulk being food for the winter. Victor had already ordered the granaries prepared beforehand, only awaiting the grain.

What Victor cared about most were the armory equipment and craftsmen that arrived with this fleet. Many projects were stalled or inefficient due to a lack of sufficient equipment and technical personnel.

Upon returning to his residence, Victor immediately summoned several key military officials and directly informed them about acquiring one hundred sets of Iron Knight Armor and 100 Armor-Piercing Crossbows, attributing it to support from Iron Birch Territory.

To his surprise, no one cared why Iron Birch Territory would provide these banned weapons and equipment; instead, they were eagerly anticipating their deployment.

Several cavalry commanders, in particular, began arguing over who would equip their troops with the Iron Knight Armor.

Seeing them squabble like children over candy, Victor made a decisive ruling. According to the previous plan, half of the 100 sets of armor would be given to Knight Jack to establish the territory's first heavy knight unit. The remaining 50 sets he intended to store for later arrangements, temporarily halting the dispute. The Armor-Piercing Crossbows were much easier to distribute. Victor decided to equip all 100 crossbowmen with them. As for the remaining 100 Armor-Piercing Crossbows, he planned to send them back to Bole County with the fleet, which was why he hadn't initially mentioned there being 200 of them.

Victor dangled the remaining 50 sets of armor as a prize for the cavalry captains, demanding they focus on training during this period. Come next spring, Victor would test each unit, and those who performed well, regardless of their affiliation, would be eligible to equip these armors.

Victor now considered the 200 cavalrymen leased from Edelweiss Territory and the 50 armored cavalry under James's command as his own troops. Due to the agreement with Vitri, Victor had finally resolved to amass as many troops as possible to gain an advantage in the future.

Victor then announced his plan to reorganize the troops during the winter, adjusting their formations. Since there would be no major military actions during winter, everyone agreed. After all, they had reached a consensus on adjusting troop formations during the previous post-battle summary meeting.

Victor quickly concluded the meeting and arranged for the troops to receive their new equipment from Powell.

Victor then went to the docks to inspect the work. He found that the loading and unloading were proceeding in an orderly fashion, but the efficiency was slow relying solely on manual labor.

Victor had previously asked Number 1 to design dock tools using the calculation module, including simple wooden cranes, but their implementation had been delayed due to the limited skill of the territory's craftsmen.

When he found Powell and learned that the craftsmen and equipment from the armory had been unloaded and sent to the temporarily prepared armory site, Victor rushed to the armory site. He met several master craftsmen and, without preamble, immediately began working with them on the construction of dock cranes. Victor provided design guidance, and the master craftsmen carried out the actual manufacturing. The results were very successful. By the time night fell, the first crane was completed. Victor then dispatched people to install and use it at the dock, planning to make further improvements based on its practical application.
