Amakawa Mingren led the Amegakure Allied Forces in destroying Konoha and overwhelmed Naruto and the village’s defenders. After Minato revealed that Kushina might still be alive, Naruto chose to seek her and master the Nine-Tails while Nagato entrusted him with the Ninja World’s future.

• Amakawa Mingren killed Sage Fukasaku, and his forces attacked Konoha as its people fled and its defenders fought across the village.
• Hizashi Hyuga defeated Hiashi, killed the Main Family Elder, and led the Hyuga clan away from Konoha before Mingren destroyed the village with “The Ivan.”
• Naruto returned to the ruins, learned Kakashi had died, and confronted Mingren, who defeated the defenders and challenged Naruto’s faith in peace.
• Mingren revealed Konoha’s role in the suffering of the Land of Rain, shattering Naruto’s certainty and driving him into a Nine-Tails transformation.
• Minato appeared in Naruto’s consciousness, identified himself as Naruto’s father, repaired the seal, and told Naruto that Kushina might still be alive.
• Tsunade and Sakura summoned Katsuyu, who transported Mingren to Shikkotsu Forest, while Itachi urged Konoha’s survivors to escape to Mount Myōboku.
• Naruto chose to find Kushina, train to control the Nine-Tails, and take willing people to Mount Myōboku, while Nagato began the Outer Path — Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique.

Nagato revived the dead before Amegakure seized the Land of Fire and Mingren began rebuilding Konoha under his rule. Naruto confronted his doubts, mastered the Nine-Tails’ chakra with Kushina’s help, and sensed Mingren’s presence as New Konoha turned toward the Hyuga Clan.

• Nagato revived the dead in Konoha and Amegakure, then died after warning Naruto about war’s pain and hatred, while Asuka was chosen as The Second and launched Amegakure’s attack on Konoha.
• Mingren challenged Sage Katsuyu, devastated Shikkotsu Forest, and transformed her into his Dark Summoned Beast as Amegakure declared Konoha extinct and took control of the Land of Fire.
• Mingren established New Konoha, planned reforms and the publication of Konoha Chronicles, and imprisoned Tsunade while Naruto traveled to Turtle Island for training.
• Naruto faced Dark Naruto and accepted the Will of Fire, resolving to oppose Mingren, while Kushina helped him confront his doubts about the destruction of Konoha.
• Killer B guided Naruto in drawing out the Nine-Tails’ chakra, and Kushina used her sealing chains to restrain the Nine-Tails as Naruto sealed it.
• Naruto sensed malice in Kushina and watched Mingren’s Dark Shadow appear, while Mingren revealed that Kisame was hiding nearby.
• Mingren met with the gathered Hyuga Clan in New Konoha, where Hiashi Hyuga and Hizashi Hyuga stood at the front.

Mingren prepared the Land of Rain Allied Forces for war while extracting bloodlines and Kekkei Genkai from his prisoners. Naruto broke away from the Allied Forces to rescue Tsunade, then challenged Mingren in New Konoha and faced three opponents in succession.

• Hizashi Hyuga ended the Main Family and Branch Family system, and Hiashi revealed the Caged Bird Seal’s origins before Mingren promised to protect the clan.
• Mingren took Kushina from Turtle Island after defeating Naruto, while Obito and Kabuto began preparing for war and Naruto vowed to grow strong enough to save his mother.
• Mingren developed a method to extract bloodlines and Kekkei Genkai, tested it by making an Explosion Release sword, and removed Tsunade’s Senju and Uzumaki bloodlines.
• Naruto left Turtle Island with Killer B to rescue Tsunade, broke through Konoha’s blockade, and met Itachi and Orochimaru on the way to New Konoha.
• Obito and Kabuto prepared their forces as the Shinobi Alliance assembled, while Mingren opened New Konoha’s barrier and let Naruto’s group enter.
• Mingren told his followers that Naruto was Asura’s reincarnation and invited them to face him, then accepted Naruto’s wager to fight three opponents for Tsunade’s return.
• Naruto drew Jūzō Biwa, Neji Hyuga, and Hiruko as his opponents, while Sage Katsuyu led Tsunade from prison in Chakra-suppressing shackles.

Mingren’s forces entered the Fourth Great Ninja War as the Allied Forces faced White Zetsu, reanimated shinobi, and Madara Uchiha. Naruto and the Nine-Tails countered Madara’s Deep Forest Emergence, while Mingren confronted Obito with Nohara Rin at his side.

• Naruto defeated Jūzō Biwa, Neji, and Hiruko in the arena, then Tsunade was freed after Itachi exposed Hiruko’s opponent as a Shadow Clone.
• Mingren prepared for war, bound Konan as his Dark Weapon, and sent Amegakure’s forces to the battlefield as the Allied Forces mobilized.
• The Allied Forces began fighting Kabuto’s reanimated shinobi and Obito’s White Zetsu, while Naruto and Killer B joined the battle and Itachi freed Nagato from Kabuto’s control.
• Mingren took Nohara Rin to intercept Obito, and Obito found her enduring Mingren’s Dark Chakra training as Mingren provoked him and revealed her binding mark.
• Obito sent six reanimated Jinchuriki against Mingren, but Mingren repelled them and identified the Black Rods controlling them before Obito withdrew through Kamui.
• Kabuto summoned Madara at the Fourth Division, where Madara overwhelmed the Allied Forces, absorbed Naruto’s Rasenshuriken, and called down two enormous meteors.
• Madara unleashed Deep Forest Emergence against the surviving Allied Forces, but the Nine-Tails lent Naruto chakra and Naruto’s Shadow Clones destroyed the trees with a Massive Rasengan Barrage.
