Shimizu helped defeat Zod’s invasion, then moved between the Demon Slayer, Naruto, and Marvel worlds to build new technology and take on new responsibilities. The arc ended with Connors beginning controlled research into regeneration while Shimizu prepared equipment for the same work in the Demon Slayer World.

• Shimizu worked with Lex Luthor to upgrade the White Warrior with Nth Metal, then helped Superman, Batman, and their allies stop Zod’s invasion and destroy the planetary transformation engines.
• After Superman killed Zod and carried a nuclear missile into space, Shimizu joined the heroes for a meal and asked Luthor who had ordered the missile launch.
• Kagaya made Shimizu acting head of the Demon Slayer Corps, asked him to succeed him and eradicate Muzan, and arranged for him to marry Shinobu Kocho, Hinagi, and Nika.
• Shimizu and Sasori demonstrated Sunagakure’s new puppet weapons, reconnaissance tools, and production line, prompting Chiyo to seek funding from the Third Kazekage.
• Shimizu funded Dr. Connors’s gene-editing research, acquired Vibranium, and built Lightning, a summoning puppet armor powered by his Lightning Release Chakra.
• At the Hammer Industries Expo, Shimizu used Lightning to fight Ivan’s hijacked Drone Armor, froze Whiplash, and helped Tony Stark and Rhodes stop the attack.
• Shimizu became Osborn Group’s CTO and superhero Lightning, then brought Stark to Connors, who solved the decay equation and agreed to continue regeneration research without human trials unless Shimizu approved.
• Shimizu returned to the Demon Slayer World and used Chakra Thread to operate a grinding machine while crafting equipment for safe human regeneration research.

Shimizu forged alliances and strengthened his abilities before joining the Demon Slayer Corps’ ambush on Muzan. After the battle shifted from the Infinite Castle to the Entertainment District, Shimizu held Muzan off while the Corps fought the Twelve Kizuki and protected civilians.

• Shimizu met Tamayo and Yushiro, proved his strength, and agreed to cooperate with Tamayo on a poison to use against Muzan.
• Shimizu demonstrated his new Separation Release to the Third Kazekage, proposed a rental plan for Sunagakure’s Chakra-powered vehicles, and sparred with the Kazekage before earning support for his future in the village.
• Shimizu investigated Nam-Ek and White Warrior while Lex Luthor created Doomsday, which Shimizu, Batman, Superman, and their allies weakened and sent into the Phantom Zone.
• After Ubuyashiki Kagaya announced his plan to lure Muzan, Shimizu worked with Tamayo on poison, injected himself with a serum that greatly increased his vitality and Chakra, and discovered he could teleport to his blood.
• Shimizu and the Corps ambushed Muzan at the Ubuyashiki Residence, where Kagaya’s daylight lamps, explosives, and poisoned blades weakened Muzan before Shimizu attacked him.
• Nakime displaced Shimizu to a lotus pond, where he killed several demons before teleporting back to fight Muzan as Tamayo’s Aging Toxin and the armor’s attacks further weakened him.
• Muzan escaped the Infinite Castle to the Entertainment District, but Yushiro and Tamayo took control of Nakime and brought the Corps there, where Shimizu ordered the swordsmen to protect civilians and faced Muzan until dawn.

Shimizu helped defeat Muzan, then returned to the Naruto world and advanced Sunagakure’s training, political plans, and puppet research before leading a mission through Amegakure. In the Marvel world, he joined S.H.I.E.L.D.’s effort to find the Tesseract, captured Loki, and stayed behind with him as Thor confronted Tony.

• Shimizu awakened his Demon Slayer Mark and joined the Hashira in defeating Muzan, who was exposed to sunlight and turned to ash.
• Shimizu sealed Gyomei Himejima’s mark, reassured Rengoku Shinjuro that he could protect the other marked Pillars, and was named head of the Demon Slayer Corps.
• Shimizu spent most of his Destiny Value to gain Perfect Demon Transformation, then tested his strength and sparred with Pakura after she awakened Scorch Release.
• Shimizu taught Breathing Styles to Sunagakure ninjas, discussed his future as Kazekage with the Third Kazekage, and helped plan political pressure on the new Daimyo.
• Sasori explained that his Human Puppets could preserve a dead ninja’s abilities, and Shimizu agreed to seek a bloodline-bearing test subject.
• Shimizu led Baki, Sada, and Pakura on a mission targeting Gingyu, Steel Release, and the Chinoike Clan, sparred with Hanzo in Amegakure, and secured access to its intelligence tower.
• In the Marvel world, Shimizu investigated Howard Stark’s Arc Reactor, reviewed Connors’s successful Regeneration Serum, and agreed to help S.H.I.E.L.D. locate the Tesseract.
• Shimizu attacked Loki in Stuttgart with Captain America and subdued him, then kept Loki and the scepter under watch when Thor arrived and Tony confronted him.

Shimizu helped stop Loki’s invasion, confronted the threat behind the nuclear attack, and joined heroes in responding to Atlantis’s war against the surface. He then returned to the shinobi world, where he helped bring Ayane to Sunagakure and offered the Chinoike Clan a place there.

• Shimizu broke Loki’s control over the team and helped repair the Helicarrier, stop the Chitauri invasion, and capture Loki, while Tony carried a nuclear bomb through the portal to destroy the Chitauri Mothership.
• Shimizu and Tony investigated the nuclear attack, then Shimizu negotiated control of the Mind Stone Scepter and met Ancient One, who detected a foreign will within him and taught him to use a Sling Ring.
• Shimizu learned that Atlantis was preparing to invade the land and joined Batman, Diana, and other heroes in defending coastlines as the surface forces clashed with Orm’s army.
• Shimizu and Diana helped force a ceasefire, Arthur claimed the undersea throne and secured peace talks, and the heroes formed an alliance with plans for a Hall of Justice and a space watchtower.
• Shimizu’s team assassinated Kusagakure elder Gingyu and abducted Ayane Uzumaki, while Hiruzen investigated the attack after Kusagakure suspected Minato of using Flying Thunder God.
• Shimizu arranged for Ayane to be taken to Sunagakure, claimed his own space-time technique to Baki, and led his team to Hell Valley to approach the Chinoike Clan.
• After Shimizu offered the Chinoike Clan a place in Sunagakure, Oyakuro En offered to join with his daughter if Shimizu’s team helped him kill the elders.
