• Shimizu repaired Little Boy, gained access to his System Panel, and qualified for the Puppet Force selection.
• Shimizu entered Arkham as Clear Wade, helped trigger a prison breakout, and escaped amid Joker’s attack on Batman.

Shimizu expanded Hogg United’s power in Gotham while advancing as a puppeteer and shinobi in Sunagakure. Chiyo and Ebizo made him their joint disciple, but as his squad prepared to return to the Land of Rain front, he asked Sasori to investigate Reina as a possible spy.

• Shimizu searched Chidi Cole’s room, found the gang’s hidden cash, and renamed the gang Hogg United, then tested his puppet Little Boy against Sasori’s Black Ant and poisoned Sasori before Sunakami Sayama made them clean the base.
• Shimizu improved Black Gold and joined forces with Penguin to attack the Sparletta Family, capturing John and Simmons and learning that their stolen shipment had been made by Dayton Industries.
• Shimizu defeated Sasori in a rematch, earned Chiyo’s attention, and was promoted to Chunin before joining Kazakami Senran’s Ninth Squad with Baki and Pakura.

• Shimizu rejected Falcone’s offer to betray Harvey Dent, subdued Marone, and secured a deal for twenty-two million dollars and Victor’s Titan Serum research.
• Shimizu helped Sunagakure repel Hanzo’s forces, then escorted supplies and fought Konoha reinforcements with Pakura and Baki.
• Shimizu’s squad defeated Konoha ninja during the blockade, but Dan Katō died and Tsunade developed hemophobia before Chiyo praised their efforts.

• Shimizu confronted the Falcone Family and Harvey Dent as Deathstroke and Batman entered the battle, then killed Falcone and resolved to pursue Harvey.
