When school ended that evening, Wu Yong finally left. At that moment, we followed him.

Seeing him drive away, we got into a taxi and told the driver to follow him.

Wu Yong looked towards the bar. Li Yang was helping a woman up and they were leaving.

Li Yang held the woman's hand, speaking to her gently. Her eyes were fixed on him, completely mesmerized.

The street was crowded, making it impossible for me to act. After a moment's thought, I decided to wait until they reached the hotel.

Li Yang took the woman to a hotel. After checking into a room, they turned to go upstairs. I rushed to the front desk to inquire about their room, but the receptionist adamantly refused to tell me, citing it as confidential information.

In desperation, I put on an angry act and told the receptionist I was there to catch them in the act. Only then did the receptionist agree.

We searched every corner of the room but found nothing. The door was closed, and there was no room key inside, which meant Li Yang hadn't entered at all.

But the problem remained: he had booked a room, so why didn't he go in?

Just then, I suddenly remembered what the taxi driver had told me about women disappearing from the bar!

My expression changed, and I grabbed his hand. "Let's go, it seems they're not here anymore."

Wu Yong nodded, and we left.

After we left, I asked again about the name of the person who booked the room. It wasn't Li Yang, but the woman's ID.

Back in the car, the driver was Li Tongtian. He looked at me and asked, "What's the situation? I brought the car, but you didn't deal with Li Yang."

"He wasn't in the hotel. He opened a room and left. He disappeared along with that woman," I said.

"That's interesting," Li Tongtian pushed up his glasses and looked at me. "Usually, when this happens, it's related to a serious incident."

"You think Li Yang is involved?" I asked.
