This Isn't Real (Part Two)

Life was actually rather uneventful. Every day, Mo Li repeated the same cycle of going to work, handling trivial matters, and returning home to spend time with his partner. Although there were no major ups and downs, it was peaceful and comfortable. Mo Li felt very happy, especially because he could eat a hot meal Mei Duo had prepared for him as soon as he came home from work every day. It made him especially satisfied with his current life.

It was a cloudy noon, with the atmospheric pressure very low. The weather forecast said there would be heavy rain that day.
