When Konoha sacrificed Hizashi Hyuga to avert conflict with the Hidden Cloud, Naruto became Menma and rescued him, leaving Hizashi with a way to resist the Caged Bird curse and hope of seeing Neji.

• Naruto befriended Uchiha Satsuki, trained with her, and helped her build confidence as she pursued her own path.
• Naruto gained Kurama's trust through patient conversation and stories, while Hiruzen supported his training and gave him ninjutsu and sealing scrolls.

• Menma attacked the Raikage and devastated the land outside Konoha, then declared Ashes would crush any nation that chose war.

Naruto built friendships at the Ninja Academy while Menma expanded Ember by recruiting Kakuzu. As the years passed, the system sent Naruto a quest to save Shisui, whose apparent death ended with a Fox Masked figure taking him away.

• Hizashi sheltered Misaki and Karin on Menma’s orders as the Five Great Nations’ spies grew wary of Ashes, while Neji trained to stand beside Menma.
• Naruto began at the Ninja Academy, sparred with Satsuki, and formed friendships with Shikamaru, Choji, Kiba, and Shino as he resolved to change the Uchiha Clan’s fate.
• Naruto and his classmates staged a birthday surprise for Iruka, and Naruto’s heartfelt gifts raised their bond to familial love.
• Naruto summoned the Nine-Headed Sobek, then disguised himself as Menma and confronted Kakuzu, who joined Ember after losing their fight.

Menma secretly staged the Uchiha massacre to prevent a coup, save the clan’s doves and civilians, and bring down Danzō. As Satsuki awakened her Sharingan amid the massacre, Naruto’s battle with Itachi triggered Kurama’s four-tailed transformation, while Menma and Shisui entered Root’s base.

• Menma restored Shisui’s eye, then persuaded Itachi to let him handle the Uchiha clan while Itachi held off Fugaku.
• Menma and Shisui staged the extermination, saving the doves and civilians while killing the hawks and taking their Sharingan.
• Itachi fought Fugaku, then Menma revealed that most of the clan had been saved, and Itachi burned Fugaku and Mikoto with Amaterasu before Menma rescued them.
• Menma trapped and killed Danzō after Shisui revealed his genjutsu, then Shisui agreed to join Ashes.
• Naruto and Satsuki found the compound filled with bodies, and Naruto stopped Itachi from killing Satsuki as she discovered her parents unconscious.
